Their employees are incredibly disrespectful. They drive like they're not aware of traffic laws, name call and harass a neighbor at one of the employees homes, and their bad behavior is regularly discussed by neighbors all over NextDoor. There are so many great companies out there who want and need your business. Think before supporting their bad behavior with your money.

Interesting that there was another complaint about your driver. Around 4:00pm 12/13/21 on the security blvd to 695 ramp your driver nearly killed me and my daughter while speeding by on the right hand side of us in the merge lane and before I knew it he almost hit us. Then gave us the middle finger. We were really scared and as I tried to avoid him and move away he continued to try and intimidate us by being very aggressive in the truck with your logo. It was seriously scary on so many levels.

The balcony renovation at our apartment home, Congressional Towers Apartments, in Rockville, Maryland, began on May 28, 2019. Completion was scheduled for August 28, 2019. Then completion was moved to early September, then mid September, then again to late September. Then it was pushed to early October. Now we have been told it will be October 15th.

Our whole living room has glass doors leading to the balcony. The glass has been covered in wood boards and opaque plastic since May 28th. We have been living in total darkness for over four months and probably five months by the time this project is completed. There have been several weeks during construction that nothing was being done, delaying completion again and again.

Ev-Air Tight has a systemic problem with time management and fulfillment of promises and commitments. This may not be an issue with a vacant building, but our buildings are 98% occupied.

This whole experience has been a huge disappointment. We have had no access to fresh air, sunlight, or the pleasure of Spring and Summer evenings on the balcony. Now it has moved into Fall. This has had a huge negative impact on our enjoyment of our home and on our physical and emotional well being.

We have no opinion on the quality of the work. We will have to see it when it is finally completed. We strongly recommend you only give them consideration if your project is vacant and under no time constraints.
