From the time we contacted Reliance to the date of the install, and even after the install, we had a great experience. Leo was quick to respond and work us in for an estimate, and got us in for the install within 2 weeks. He was there when he said he would be, and communicated pro-actively. On the date of the install, Leo noticed one of the tabs on the heat pump had broken. After spending a full day on the install, and even though the tab didn't affect the functionality of the heater, he came back the next day to fix the tab. Leo also researched a heat pump rebate for us & brought the rebate forms to us pre-filled out.

We love our new heat pump, and wouldn't hesitate to recommend to Reliance Heating to anyone.

Our furnace quit working on us 4 weeks ago. It was the original at 29 years old. My heat ducting is in my floor and collapsing. I ran a camera down through the ducting to inspect. Leo and his crew were highly recommended by my cousin. I called him and he came out and measured every run of ducting. We decided to put new ducting in the roof and install a brand new heating system that is A/C ready so I can have Leo come back this spring and install the coil. Lucky for us they were able to fit us in within 1 week and get our family some heat. Leo and his crew are very knowledgeable and professional. I would recommend them to anyone with a 5 star rating! Best customer service ever and the best prices around! We needed an air conditioning system quickly - it was getting too hot! Reliance's estimate was well under what everyone else that quoted me. I had two other estimates, and one was $4,000 more, and the other was $2,000 more. Also, one of the other companies wanted to charge me for the A/C coils, but Reliance could tell that I already had them installed and did not quote me for something that I already had. One of the other companies was planning to charge me and I suspect that they would not have reduced the price when they discovered I already had the coils. Reliance was quick, efficient and personable. If you are looking for someone honest and trustworthy who will give you a good deal and a fair price - you should definitely use Reliance heating. Honestly, it is hard to find service companies that you can trust, but this is definitely the one and I will never use another company. You won't be disappointed in the customer service and you will be thrilled with the price!

We received great service from Reliant. Our furnace was experiencing some issues and Leo came to our home on 3 separate occasions (without billing us!) because he was focused on discovering the problem. He also followed up with us to insure that we were happy with the work that he and his team provided.

Our 27 year old heating system died and needed replaced. Leo removed the old system and installed a new heat pump and furnace system that is much more efficient than the old one. Leo installed a new furnace and central air conditioning system in our home this week. He is very conscientious and knowledgeable about the system he installed. The unit he quoted was perfectly matched for our home and our needs. The price was very competitive but I had him do the installation based on how thorough and meticulous he was gathering the information for the estimate. He always communicated his arrival time and communicated well throughout the whole process. He cleaned up each evening before leaving. I would recommend Reliance Indoor Air Quality and give them an A+ for the work done.

Leo was great. He knows his stuff but most of all we had some up front issues with the contractor that put the AC coil in when the house was built. Leo started the job and had to stop because of this. Leo was very patient while I dealt with the other contractor and was Jonny on the spot after the fix to get the job done. AC at last! Use Leo!
