I would give 4.5 stars if half stars were allowed. The All-American team did their best to help rebuild a half bathroom after significant water damage occurred. The process took a while due to the insurance company taking their time to approve changes and the quoted cost. I would give them 5 stars if they had their own plumber on staff to fix plumbing issues. It was a pain to pay a plumber separately and then file that claim with insurance, who was never timely in reimbursement.

This company is GREAT! After reviewing the work that needed to be done, they worked with the insurance company to come to a agreeable amount to repair my home. Brandon and Bryan kept me updated as the process moved on and were always available if I had a question. Everybody that came to work, was very friendly and knowledgeable as to what needed to be done. They took great pains to make sure my property was protected and taken care of. Can’t say enough good things about this company but should I ever need repair work on my home again, I KNOW who to call!! Thanks Guys!

Brandon and Aleksey did an amazing job refinishing the floor of our kitchen. They were able to sand down divots left by previous contractors and apply a finish that made the floor look like new. Most importantly, they moved our appliances around the house very carefully and professionally. We would definitely use All American Restoration services again. We highly recommend.

We had water damage to our kitchen leading into our garage. We had a company come out and help us and recommended these guys. The entire team was cool. We had a mishap in the beginning with them, but they resolved it rather quickly allowing us to get our kitchen, floors, electrical, paint, drywall, and everything else fixed an done. Brandon is a nice understanding individual and our project manager Bo helped us alot he was always updating and communicating, his team that he sent out for all the needs we had were outstanding and polite, they cleaned up after themselves didn't leave anything for me to clean up, they were easy to talk to and ask questions on anything, they asked me questions and making sure certain things were okay. I have dogs and they would also let me know and tell me if they were going to be extra loud that day wether cutting and drilling inside or outside. He made sure we had everything to code he would stop by an check in on the project. I didn't feel like I was left hanging or being ignored. I didn't talk to Bryan much but the few times I did he seemed understanding and flexible with our situation trying to help us as well.

Really great experience we had a lot of moving parts and the project management and coordination was sure to be a nightmare. They took care of everything. The stairlift removal, moving everything out, laying carpet, getting everything moved back and getting the loft reinstalled. It took a long time to get everything coordinated, but once it was all scheduled it went off without a hitch.

All American Restoration Services repaired water damage in our home. When finished the room looked brand new. They were very prompt with their service. Answered all questions.

They did an outstanding job. Were very helpful in assisting me with a very difficult insurance claim. I am very pleased with the outcome. Highly recommend them.

Extremely unprofessional! I ABSOLUTELY REGRET ever interacting with these people let alone having paid them to do work on my house. And that is still an UNDERSTATEMENT of how HORRIBLE of an experience I had with these incompetent people.

To other potential customers who might be reading this, if All American Restoration Services happen to comment that they don’t know me, I want you to ask yourself one question: why would someone take the time out of their day to write such a review on some no-name handyman company (if even that)? Trust me when I tell you that these people are the most incompetent people I’ve ever met!

Going through a flood is never fun. Can be very stressful especially trying to put your house back together and construction. With that being said, Ryan and his crew of employees made this process absolutely amazing. The communication was extraordinary. I’ve never seen a company so devoted and passionate about taking care of their customers. The work they did for my fiancé and Is house is so beautiful it’s like a flood never happened. Ryan and his team are amazing and I would highly recommend this company. You will get the passion, respect, worth ethic that anyone deserves when going through construction. This year we had extensive damage to our roof that required full roof replacement. Upon initiating a claim with our homeowner’s insurance, we selected All American Restoration Services as our Contractor. Brandon and Bryan did an amazing job communicating with our insurance company, coordinating all the moving pieces for the work to be done, explaining the process to us and answering all our questions along the way. They were professional, kind, compassionate, and responsive. We recommend this team and would not hesitate to select them again.

I had a water leak in my rental home, which was a stressful situation for me as a property owner. Fortunately, I reached out to Brandon from all American Restration services, and I can’t thank him enough for his outstanding assistance. From the moment I contacted them, he was incredibly responsive and professional. All American was fantastic. They were very communicative with us and our insurance company. We had a water claim on a new build, an unfortunate circumstance but the team provided great work and it looks good as new. Definitely will recommend them to anyone in need.

I am currently working with All American Restoration Services on my water damage to my home. I made a great choice on choosing them to do my job. Their entire staff is very knowledgeable and courteous to work with. I would recommend them to anybody needing restoration servies.

I had a wonderful experience with the team at All American Restoration. We needed help replacing walls, ceiling, and flooring after a water leak in our bathroom, and they moved extremely quickly to get it done since I was expecting a baby any day! They even worked with my insurance company's adjuster and Condo Association to come to a resolution that worked for everyone. The were responsive with scheduling, on time, fair with price, and delivered high quality work. I can't recommend them highly enough.

Brian and his team did great work fixing my house that caught fire recently. Delays in projects such as this are to be expected, but they were responded to and I always felt like I knew what was going on. The countertops in particular turned out really nice! I'd use them again for future projects.
