Jeremy Paz of Reliable Water Mitigation was referred to me by my plumber. What a blessing! He texted me that he was en route; he was on time, professional, and extremely helpful and very informative!. These days it is hard to get good, reliable and skilled technicians. I was afraid that I had mold in my basement after receiving a preliminary test from a company that I had used in the past. After multiple calls to the testing company, no one bothered to return my calls to explain the test results. So, I pursued other means! One call to Jeremy was all that it took! He immediately set up an appointment for the next day and drove 1.5 hours to Douglasville and sampled the air and assured me that all was well. He introduced me to a 99.9% micro liquid killer and sprayed several areas while explaining how to keep my basement extremely dry. Jeremy refused to charge me even for gas money, and he said, “It was a pleasure to assist you”. Kudos to Jeremy and his company and a big thanks. RATING OF 5 STARS!!!

Jeremy was truly wonderful to work with and made the hassle of fixing water damage to our house as easy as something like that could be. Clear communication, easy to work with, always on time, and knowledgeable and helpful on the insurance process. Jeremy and jonathan were awesome! From the time jonathan showed up I knew they were going to treat my home with respect. He explained everything throughly and did exactly what he said. State Farm was a pain in the butt for all of us but Jeremy handled the insurance process as smoothly as possible even though it took a couple weeks longer than expected. Thanks guys!! Jeremy was efficient at his work. He is very knowledgeable of what needs to take place here in our home. Jeremy also did a great job of keeping me abreast with timetables of the process which relieved me and helped my understanding of the mitigation process.

Reliable did a great job, had 2 flooded elevator shafts that they drained.Showed up right when they said they would be there. They also had great customer service, and got the job done in a timely manner. Would definitely use them again or recommend to anyone that needs their services!

Service and he pulled up with the next hour left the humidifier to dry my floors because when I say my house was flooded it was flooded but this guy went above and beyond to make sure I was taking care of and I couldn’t thank him enough. Jeremy and his team were fantastic. My tub leaked without me knowing. So I called my insurance company as there was water in my crawl space (I didn’t know until I changed my HVAC filter) they tried to deny the claim. Jeremy came highly referred from a friend. He took water readings, pictures, and met the adjuster for their second visit. Thankfully with Jeremy on site the adjuster agreed that there was no way to know this was happening and no way to prove it was a “leak over time” (what the first adjuster said) There wasn’t any rot or mold present. (That’s what the first adjuster said but I don’t think he even crawled through the crawl space) I cannot stress to you enough that Reliable Water Mitigation knows their stuff! We had a water pipe break inside the wall of our basement that I thought just ruined some flooring. I called a buddy that’s a plumber and he referred me to Jeremy. A technician showed up with a camera that showed way more damage than I could even imagine. He documented everything throughly and recommended we file an insurance claim as this was going to be a big expense. Holy cow am I glad we did! Once they began the demo I couldn’t believe how much water there was. Jeremy and his guys put in fans, dehumidifiers, air filtration systems and kept me updated on the drying process daily. They worked with insurance so I didn’t have to deal with anything. They were professional, kind, and local to Covington.

In such a terrible situation Jeremy and his guys at Reliable Water Mitigation were a ray of sunshine. Our home in loganville flooded from our dishwasher. We immediately called they were here within 45 mins removing the water. They came back the next day to set up plastic barriers and remove everything damaged. They worked with our home owners insurance to get paid so we could concentrate on putting our house back together. Our adjuster even told us that these guys were great to work with. Thank you for making this as painless as possible!

I had a water pipe burst on the second story of my home. This company showed up to my house in what I would consider record time. They saw me and my house at our worst. Water was flowing downstairs through my ceiling fans. They did not waste anytime. Even though they didn’t have to they offered to help me locate my water cut off to stop further damage and helped me move what could be saved. The owner personally came out with the crew and was very comforting. I don’t know what I would have done. Jeremy explained every step of the process thoroughly so I could understand. I really felt like I was in good hands. When the mitigation process was done I felt like the guys were like family friends. He was very responsive, quick to start mitigation, and worked closely with both us and our insurance adjustor to get things taken care of. Had a pin hole leak in our copper pipe that flooded part of the basement. Jeremy, the owner of Reliable Water Mitigation showed up and in a few hours had all my flooring removed, sheet rock cut out and fans and humidifiers going strong. Words can not describe Jeremy's ability to save the day. We had multiple layers of our home flood due to a clogged septic line. This would be a bad day for anyone.
