Sean Did amazing work on a garage roof that was in very bad shape!!!! Other than a new roof you couldn't tell if any works was done he clean area like he was never there. Sean is very polite,professional and knows what he is doing!! I would highly recommend this company!!!!!!

Great company, did great work! They were done so fast I didn't even realize they had left and they cleaned up really well. Sean, the owner came back after the work was completed to check to make sure everything was done correctly and he was very professional. Sean from Reliable Roofing was very hands on from the beginning to the end of the project! He inspected my roof and met with the adjuster at my house to make sure if there were any questions. We had Reliable Roofing come out and replace our roof after hail damage. The crew was timely and efficient. Because of the great job they did on our roof, we decided to have them build a covered porch on the front of our house. The porch is the length of the house and has really increased our curb appeal!! We will be contacting the company again soon for more projects!!

When he came out to check out my roof after a big storm he cleared away branches from the storm and fixed several issues on the spot for next to nothing. On top of that he was nice enough to give incredibly good advice and was just generally pleasant to work with.

I gave Sean a call on Friday to get my roof checked out. I got the feeling he was kinda down because he couldn’t come over Saturday because of plans with his son. He came out Sunday and checked on it. He advised and showed me that I had only 2-3 spots from hail damage and my roof was good. He didn’t try to “ get a job “. Rest assured he was honest. When I do need a roof he has my business.

There are 2 Reliable Roofing companies around 1 is here in Topeka and the other from Edwardsville. The negative reviews are from Edwardsville company. Except the one from pat Drewes. That one didn't explain that the one who wrote the review didn't know how to install flashing correctly which was cause of leak. When I told him he wanted to argue. You can't argue with a man who thinks because he built 1 house that he can't make mistakes. The roof was installed correctly. Just sayin

Sean stopped by to inspect the roof, and gave his opinion. He also offered to be there when the insurance adjuster stopped by. Sadly, the insurance adjuster came by the house hours before the appointment, so Sean could not be there. However, he was with me every step of the way, answered any and all questions. He even spoke directly, in my presence with my insurance company . I am very pleased. Him and his team were fast and did not leave a mess in the yard or anywhere else. The shingles he recommended look amazing and i have gotten may compliments. I can only recommend him and his team

They were at my house within a few days, done in one. He called to see if we were happy with the job done. I told him of a couple SMALL concerns and he was out within the hour to talk to me and get it rectified to my satisfaction. I highly recommend them!!! We recently had a roof replaced on an older rental house. We were a little wary at first because the price was low. After checking out his references we had him do the job. We were well satisfied because some unknown problems came up and he fixed some problems at no cost and some other unforeseen problems at a very reasonable rate. The materials were first rate and the house looks great!

What a phenomenal experience!! Sean came in, met with my adjuster and made things happen!! He took control of the project and got it done with amazing professionalism, speed and quality!!
