Benchmark Property Remodeling

I had a bad leak on the ceiling of my house. After calling Benchmart Property Remodeling they thoroughly inspected the entire roof, chimney, and all vents for any damage of any kind. They also checked the attic area locating some problem areas. They sat down with my wife and myself and showed us several aerial pictures of the entire roof. They also showed us a bad leak inside the attic area coming from a vent. Also we were shown mold and other concerns on the roof that needed attention. They recommended using a product using soybeans that can be applied to rejuvenate the shingles and add years to the roof. After power washing the roof, replacing the rubber seals around the vents, they applied the new soybean product. They roof looks great, like new. A couple days later it rained, and there was no leak. The guy who did all the work on the roof was great. He was very thorough, efficient, and was very honest and friendly. I would recommend this company whole heartedly.

Mark was professional and very informative about the problems with my roof but mainly the ventilation system. Mark pointed out that my ventilation was my main problem and educated me on how to fix it. Even though we were unable to use his product the information he provided was very valuable. I called about having screening installed on the gutters of the second story part of my house. The price was reasonable and since the crew was working another job in the area they were able to do it that day. The gutter guards they installed look very sturdy and will probably last longer than the gutters will. The crew was friendly and professional. Jimmy, the leader, also did a roof inspection for me. Very happy with the job outcome.

Had flooring laid by them and it wasn't done right the first time. Felt with too many guestions which made me feel like I did something wrong after installation. They agreed to fix it and I am still waiting for the response back on the fact it still isn't laying down in one area.

Happy with the work done on installing gutter guards, Roof Maxx and installing guttering and the gutter guards on my shed.
