As a licensed insurance account rep for a LARGE insurance company for many years (!), I've had the pleasure of interacting with the owner Anthony on several occasions. Each time, I and my clients, have been delighted with his exceptional professionalism, courtesy, personable manner and follow through. Reliable Exteriors was amazing! Anthony Turner kept open communication with me from start to finish making sure I was extremely satisfied with the work. Anthony took the time to go over all the Roofing from colors to types. So happy I chose Reliable Exteriors. Great workmanship! They completed the job in one day!! Clean-up was amazing. Not a nail left on the ground.

His honesty alone meant a lot, especially in a field where that’s not always the case.

On top of that, he took the time to point out a venting issue with my roof system. He didn’t try to sell me anything—he walked me through exactly what was wrong and how to fix it without spending any extra money. It’s going to save me money in the long run and help extend the life of my roof and HVAC system. I truly appreciated how much he cared and how he took the time to educate me.

Anthony was a true blessing to my family! I was caught in the middle of having my roof replaced by a contractor who was non-communicative and dragging his feet.
