I contacted Preston at Relentless to put new gutters and gutter guards on my house in July 2020. As a first time home owner, I trusted that everything would be done correctly and didn’t think anything of it until the next spring/summer when water would flow over the wrong end after a heavy rain. I thought maybe it was clogged with pine needles because the gutter covers used had very wide mesh that wouldn’t even keep maple seeds out. Since it was pretty dry this past summer, I put cleaning the gutters on my list of things to do and was finally able to get up on a ladder during my break from school. I noticed when using the water hose to clean it that the water was flowing backwards and has been pooling in the gutters this entire time! My inexperience almost messed things up completely. I text Preston several times last week, even sending videos of water flowing over, and could see that my texts were read just not responded to and the last text I sent yesterday morning hasn’t even been read. Very disappointed, I wasn’t expecting Relentless to fix it for free and even asked him to provide an estimate of what it would take to make things right.
I called Leaf Filter Gutter company (whom I highly recommend) yesterday and they came out that same evening to inspect it and returned today to fix it. The worker told me that not only was the entire gutter pitched incorrectly on installation, the gutter wasn’t even drilled out completely or connected correctly for the downspout to drain! The worker said it looked like a half opened tin can and showed very poor workmanship. He fixed and caulked and rehung the entire gutter for a very reasonable price quickly and efficiently. Lesson learned.
I cannot say enough good things about our experience with Relentless. Brandon was professional, gave us clear information in a straight-forward manner, and was excellent at communicating throughout the process. The owner, Preston, communicated with us promptly when a slight change needed to be made due to inventory. The friendly, efficient crew removed our old roof and installed the beautiful new roof in two days, and we couldn't be happier. We appreciate doing business with veterans when possible, and Relentless made it easy to do so.
They went well beyond our expectations. They were extremely professional and respectful, even fun to interact with. Our gutters look amazing! Probably one of the best interactions we have had for a home improvement/repair. THANK YOU!
