I typically don’t post reviews, however we are not pleased with the customer service at Relaunch Roofing. It’s been over a week and my phone calls haven’t been returned or ANY follow up conducted regarding a storm damage roof replacement.
Initially, the owner was super involved.. actively calling, 2 visits to my home but it seems like as soon as the contract was signed and payment received, he dropped off the face of the earth.
We were ‘mislead’ on a few occasions, with the biggest issue being we were told/discussed an architectural shingle would be utilized and instead a cheaper quality 3-tab-shingle was installed.
And to top it off, the day of installation the crew (ZERO English speaking) showed up before daylight and literally TARPED US IN OUR HOME. We had to find a way out the the house through a small/safe path in the garage just to let the dogs out to go the restroom. Also, driveway completely blocked with work van and supplies, we had to use the neighbors driveway to get the kids to school/ go to work. Again, with a zero English speaking crew, we also had ZERO oversight, during or post visit from our actual contractor.
The work the men did was good, but not happy overall with product or customer service. Had to post complaint here, because again, I never heard from the contractor.

DO NOT waste time with this company. My family hired them to do some work for our home that had flooded. They have horrible customer service and when other contracts come in to make new clients seem like priority, they put off projects that are already being worked on. The work done to my home was also supposed to be under warranty. However, after calling to explain to them all of the ways that their work was faulty, they ghosted me and stopped answering the phone and returning messages. If you need some work done to your home, please go to a company who knows what they are doing and can manage several projects at a time without putting you off. Take my advice so you don’t have to learn for yourself. Choose another company.

We hired Relaunch when our home was damaged by a tornado this year.

It was very difficult to work with them and they can't be relied on. We had a lot of problems with them. The worst was when the tarp failed and they said they would replace it, but they didn't and as a result water got into our home. It took us four days to realize that they hadn't replaced the tarp and then we hired someone else to come replace it. It rained every day. If they don't do tarps why not say that so we could hire someone else to tarp it on day one?

Then, when the metal roof was repaired, the eaves were left open and the inner wall wasn't repaired yet. Our house was left open that way for days on end.

Also small issues added up and got really annoying with them. We asked for their contractor's license and they gave us their business license (they don't have a contractors license. Why not just say so?) They would not send electronic invoices, we couldn't pay them online. When we asked for an itemized receipt, they would not provide one.

I do not recommend them.

ReLaunch replaced old siding, window areas, porch posts, shutters, gutters, and then painted the entire outside of the house. Anything they noticed needing to be replaced they were upfront about it and gave their professional opinion. Scheduling and payment were easy. Everyone we talked to was professional and really nice and helpful. They worked with us to update the outside of our home and we are extremely happy with the outcome.

Tommy was great! He came by and fixed our doors up right away. Did a great job and was pretty quick as well! Definitely recommend these guys for any service you may need.

I had the best experience with Relaunch construction. They provided friendly and knowledgeable service and had professional and competent workmen that were able to complete the job in a days time. Extremely satisfied with the new roof.

We used Relaunch to install gutters and to do some wood repair on our home and to replace our front door. We have been very pleased from the moment I asked for assistance online, quote process, to the final step of the work! The gutters look great, William helped us decide to use black and wow! They look amazing! I would highly recommend them, kesha was awesome in the planning side and everyone that came to my property was respectful and did a great job! Thanks Relaunch!

William came out to our house on February 7 to give us an estimate for a kitchen remodel and window replacement. We were told by William that we should have our estimate later in the week. Heard nothing back. Called the following week and spoke to Kesha and we were told the estimate was being worked on and she would follow back up with us promptly. Then we texted Kesha for an update. Then we heard nothing again. Waited another 2 weeks and called Kesha to inquire about our estimate. She said she would contact William and get back with me promptly. That was Monday. Now it’s Friday morning and we have yet to here from them at all.
We had to rearrange our day to meet with you at our house so you could work up an estimate and we also emailed you promptly, items we were wanting like you asked so they could be included in our estimate. If you didn’t want the job just say so. Don’t just ignore people and hope they go away because we will and we will tell everyone why we went away. Such unprofessional people all around. Don’t waste your time or they will waste it for you.
Added in response: If you didn’t receive the description of the items that you said I didn’t send which I did send them, then communication is the key. Like I said I have contacted your company on numerous occasions in regards to my estimate and have yet to get a response saying that something was missing or you needed more information. So by saying I didn’t give you what you needed is a serious cop out on your part. Please do better.

Good company , reliable , prices reasonable, quality work. Completed a bathroom remodel within a couple days and very professional.

This is a great company. William arrived and time and provided a quick estimate. Had to reside the garage and repair other siding on the house The work was completely quickly without issue. I would use this company again.

I contacted the team at ReLaunch Contracting for repairing my kitchen from a water leak. This team did a fantastic job from start to finish!! It started with Kesha who quickly set up the appointment for William to come out and see what we wanted done. A complete and fair estimate was given. Tommy and his crew took over and completed the job. This group is kind, courteous, efficient and trust worthy. If you need a job requiring a contractor,This team is the one to call. I highly recommend the Relaunch team for any of your home construction needs! They recently replaced our roof and did an excellent job. I was very impressed that they got the entire roof replaced in one day. They left our yard and home in the same condition they found it. There was a supervisor overseeing the project the entire day and the owner of the company came by midday to check on the job. That meant a lot!! For the owner and his entire team to take such great personal care for our home was a breath of fresh air. Thank you Relaunch!

William was very helpful through the process of getting my new roof. When I called, I was greeted with a happy, positive attitude, and the company kept that attitude through the whole process. William worked with my insurance company so I didn't have to lift a finger. The lady in the office was very kind, and made sure I was informed about everything that they were doing for me. The crew was top notch, and on time. They have great costumer service, and I've experienced nothing short of excellence from Relaunch. I would recommend them to anyone.

Great company, honesty and professional. Local contractor that will be honest about actual roof damage and best route to move forward. They make working with the insurance company a breeze; literally handling every aspect from inspection to installation. Highly recommend

I love that Relaunch believes in giving back to their community! I know of several families that were in desperate need of a new roof but unable to pay, Relaunch provided all the labor at no cost. Just WOW! We need more businesses like this! Thank you Relaunch for your kindness and generosity towards those in real need.

I called Relaunch, William came out the same day and gave me an estimate for my roof. 9 days later they installed my roof in one day! He was professional and knowledgeable. Crew did a great job! Thanks guys!

I was denied a new roof by my insurance company after a major hail storm damaged my roof. One call to Relaunch contracting changed everything, the owner William was able to get on the roof with insurance inspectors and prove them wrong during a reinspection. After the reinspection, I was able to get a brand new roof all paid for by my insurance company. This company is highly recommended if you're having problems with your insurance adjusters.

I was very please with the result. The job was done timely. The company handle everything with insurance company and I ended up getting new gutters.

After a recent hail storm, we filed a claim with our insurance company and they first denied that we had any damage. ReLaunch came in and took the stress off of us by bringing our insurance company back out and spending a couple of hours going over damage with them. We ended up with a brand new roof covered at 100%. They were professional, easy to work with and made sure we were happy from start to finish! Thank you William, Brittany and the ReLaunch team!
