From the day they inspected my roof, the various phone conversations, to the actual sit down of the presentation, then to the actual work I will say 100% professional !!!! They informed me of the time the dumpster will show up and it did, they told me what time the roofers will show up on both days and they did, they told me what time the material will show up and it did. The workers did their jobs professionally, and they did a wonderful job on my roof and clean up both days, Nicolas showed up both days and spent a few hours each day keeping me in the loop. My wife and I can't be happier !!!!

Totally positive experience. My 3 tab asphalt shingles had wind damage and I didn't even know it. I did know my vent stack seals were shot so I was looking for roof repair. Reisch's rep, Ed Diaz, pointed out tell-tale signs of wind damage and proposed we get the opinion of my homeowner's insurance: USAA. They came by with their own inspector who climbed around my roof and agreed the roof was wind damaged. Yes, I was out some $$$ for the deductible, but that's chump-change compared to paying it all.
As for the roof itself, it is so vastly superior to what was standard and to-code 20+ years back. My original roof was basic three tab, 25 year asphalt, tar paper and some aluminum flashing in the valleys. My new roof is a composite of 7 different GAF roofing products - from layered asphalt shingles, to ridge vents, drip edges, etc. All together it comes with a 50 year "Gold Pledge" limited warranty direct from GAF, listing Reisch as the "Certified Contractor". NIce touch.
Finally, the crew that put it in was a very impressive team. Everybody knew what their job was and they went at it. They showed up like a storm at 8am and were wrapping up a beautiful new roof by 5pm; including their lunch break in the heat of the day. I should note, they replaced three sheets of plywood. My roof was worse off than I thought.
I'll wrap up as I started by stating it was a totally positive experience.

My roof was damaged in a storm. I was referred to Reisch Roofing and Construction, LLC by my brother's friend who had used this company to install a new roof on his home. They answered many questions over several weeks. The amount of time they spent with me was amazing and very much appreciated. They were very patient with me. They delivered everything as promised from the start of the job to the end. Kevin showed up here multiple times during the installation and if I had questions he answered me right away. He came by again when the job was complete to be sure that I was satisfied with the job. I watched many videos on roof installations prior to my job being started and was happy to see his crew doing everything that I had seen in the videos. His crew put a new roof on my house with a ridge vent and they installed new vented soffits around the perimeter of the house. The roof looks beautiful. Kevin was absolutely the best!!! He is professional, courteous, very knowledgeable, reliable, and very responsive! He guided me through the whole insurance claim from beginning to end! And he was able to get my insurance to triple the original amount they quoted! The new roof and gutters were done so quickly and look great!!! I highly recommend!!!! This company replaced my damaged roof and fixed my chimney during a 2 day warm spell in winter. It included getting all permits, delivery of materials, scheduling delivery and removal of the correct sized dumpster within the window of the warm front.

The most amazing aspect of their work was completion of the entire job not only on budget, and within the 2day window but, the day of the predicted snow storm that evening! The roof looks amazing and has all drip edging, invisible roof ventilation, flu flashing, etc. indicative of a proper installation. it was certified with flying colors!

We had a flawless experience with Kevin, Danielle, and his crew. They are professional, super friendly and helped us along every step the way from starting the claim with our insurance, fixing leaks from the inside, and picking the right shingles to some last touches with replacing gutters. The roof was done within one day, and they moved quickly and were careful towards our yard, plants, deck, etc. After the job was done, they cleaned up nice.

I already recommended them to many of my neighbors who were all very satisfied, so I would definitely recommend them to anyone else!!!

They do work fast and work with insurance but once they get their money forget em helping you out fixing your issue no matter how much you help them. Seems like they put all customers in the same category no matter how nice you have been to them. Such businesses don’t go for long if they don’t work with you.

I do thank for all the work done. This is Sanjay from Monroe and and I tried Kevin fix ceiling paint issue but he refused saying it’s not his issue.
