Work was great. Smooth process and the team at Reimagine communicated well. Absolutely love my new roof!! Patrick was the onsite Project Manager and he made sure the clean up was thorough and the work was completed to Reimagine Roofing's standards.

Time for a new roof? Reimagine Roofing provided several options for me to choose from for what my roof needed. Once I selected the option, they promptly scheduled an install date. They showed up as promised, and delivered! They cleaned up after each day, so no mess was left for neighbors to get upset about. They were quick, efficient, and I feel great about having a strong solid roof on my house. If you're in the market for a new roof, or roof repair, I would highly recommend this team!

In January 2024, Reimagine Roofing was scheduled to replace the roof on my investment property. Unfortunately, the crew left roofing materials outside in freezing temperatures, which damaged them. They attempted to convince me to proceed with the compromised materials, assuring me the warranty would cover any issues. I firmly declined and insisted on new, undamaged materials--which they claimed to provide.

The project took significantly longer than promised, but was eventually completed. Six months later, I hired an independent roofer to inspect the work because I had lingering concerns about the company's trustworthiness. The roofer confirmed my fears, stating that the roof appeared to be roughly 10 years old, though no immediate repairs were required at that time.

In May 2025, I personally visited the property and noticed shingles lifting off the roof. I promptly contacted Reimagine Roofing to file a warranty claim and sent them photos of the damage. They downplayed the issue and vaguely promised repairs, but never followed up with a detailed plan or timeline.

Since then, I've experienced ongoing issues: ignored calls, missed appointments, broken promises, and rude, dismissive behavior from their staff. I've spent hours trying to reach their VP, who is consistently unavailable. The only time I received a callback was after I threatened legal action, and even then, it was relayed through a salesperson.

This delay has become critical--I am unable to list my property during peak selling season due to the unresolved roof issues. I paid $14,000 in full for this roof, and the level of service I've received is completely unacceptable. This company has shown a pattern of dishonesty, poor communication, and failure to honor their warranty. I have already filed a claim with BBB. Even after that, they show no care whatsoever. I am now considering legal action as the next step. It's been months and they still have not confirmed a time when my roof will be repaired.

THIS COMPANY IS HORRIFIC AND SHOULD BE SHUT DOWN. THEY WILL STRESS YOU OUT BEYOND IMAGINATION! AVOID AT ALL COST!!!

Great company! My project manager kept me updated every step of the way, was consistently on-site and made me feel completely confident that everything was being done just how I wanted.

I had the pleasure of working with Bailey, who was incredibly professional, attentive, and kind to work with. He was on the job site nearly everyday and really prioritized listening to my concerns. The people that worked on the roof were courteous to us when we were at home and did a great job. I would have given 5 stars, however I had a difficult time with management regarding last minute scheduling. On top of the poor communication about scheduling, I had to advocate strongly on my behalf after they blatantly hung up on me for asking questions regarding the project before it had even started.

It was a super fast (lighting speed!) and such amazing job these guys did! The company as a whole, helped me from start to finish! Not only was it quick and thorough, my yard was spotless m. Reimagine Roofing worked with my insurance company to get a new roof installed, and the process went smoothly thanks to their team—especially Bailey. After the initial job was done, it turned out there was a manufacturer defect with the tiles. Reimagine didn’t miss a beat—they came back out, took pictures, and worked directly with both my insurance company and the manufacturer to resolve the issue.

Bailey was outstanding throughout the entire process. He kept me informed every step of the way, so I always knew what was happening. Even though the project took longer than expected due to the tile issue, the team stayed committed and finished strong.

They also went above and beyond by painting areas where boards were replaced and thoroughly cleaning up my property after the work was completed. The attention to detail and customer care really stood out.

Excellent price when compared to competitors. Love the look of the roof. Responsive team. Consistent communication. The crew took amazing care of my dog when she escaped the yard, and took extra care to clean up to make sure nothing was left behind that she could step on it eat.

It is incredible how much things change from sales to a simple request for service after the fact. We engaged the very expensive services of this company (30K worth) and when we needed the replacement of a couple of broken tiles less than a year later, we were first told the company will follow through only to be denied service a couple of days later. That's when you know who is reliable and who is not. I hope if you are contracting their service you do not need anything after the fact. If you need to speak to someone after the fact, you will need to reach the sales line -- no one answers the "existing customers" ones.

I'll just start by saying that the job did get done, but getting to that point was not a pleasant experience. I initially called Precision Metal Roofing to get a quote on a metal roof for a small mobile home and somehow instead of Precision calling me back I got Reimagine Roofing. Don't know if they're one in the same or what. Anyway, I wrote the deposit check on April 4 and was told the job would be complete by the end of the month (April). Long story short, the end of April rolled around and had heard nothing other than a call verifying address, HOAs and a few other questions. We called the company multiple times asking what was going on and maybe a start date. Were told that Patrick would call us back, but never heard anything. The job was completed on June 16 after we finally had to almost threaten with legal action. I felt that I was continuously lied to and given the run around during the whole 2 1/2 month experience, and this was not a cheap job!

Workmanship was very professional. Crew arrived as scheduled project took 2 days, in and out. Video was shared of finished roof, chimney areas was given extra care so no leaks could enter. Project manager Leo was courteous and went over the day’s work assignments. All in
all great job, I am recommending them to those who asked who’s doing the work. Again thanks…

Reimagine did a fantastic job! They even had two workers out on a Saturday because rain had prevented work on a weekday. I think that went above & beyond. All of the employees were very nice also. My neighbors have been extremely complimentary about the roof and, of course, we love it too! Thank you!

Great job on our roof, truck came in one day and a group of guys got all the shingles up on the roof in an hour or so, dumpster showed up the next day, and the day after the roofers showed up. Stripped the old shingles off and had a whole new roof before I even got home from work. They did a great job cleaning up and we only found a few missed nails out of what was probably thousands.

Looking to get your roof repaired, these guys are great! Competitive pricing and great communication with each step. I felt confident with these guys working on our roof.

I love this company and would not want to use any other company for my roof installation. They were prompt and very neat in their work, which is quite important to me. This rating is between a 3 star and 4 star. Reimagine was contracted to do a full roof replacement. The project started out very rocky in that the first almost two days we could not communicate with the crew due to a language barrier. After numerous calls to the office folks I had been working with, someone we could speak to finally came out. His name is Patrick. He was very personable with my husband. However, it was a little late because the crew did not replace what was needed and they ended ripping paper off and starting over. I have expressed my disappointment to the company regarding not sending an English speaking supervisor to begin with. We felt like we were supposed to supervise.

In the end, the roof looks great. Hector, the gentleman that spoke English came out the last day and fired up the crew.

I would like to thank Dan in sales for things he did for us that went above and beyond. Dan, you are awesome!!!

We are happy with the work and I would recommend them, just be sure to ask for someone you’ll be able to communicate with right from the get go, using the language you are accustomed to.

Reimagine Roofing sure has lived up to the best and beyond imaginable for us.

We had an ugly scary roof problem hanging over our heads for too long. Our low slope fiber SIP 1960s roof cathedraluzed to a handwidth of our ceiling could take no further damage and needed perfect finished edge and tlc. It didn’t leak ( miraculously perhaps) but was crumbling from the edges from a couple makefix fascia redos. - we were a job no one wanted.

But then came Eric the OG Reimaginator, thoroughly owning this roof over our family’s head and the majority of this buildings enclosure- and showed this problem who’s BOSS!!! Not only did he QC and PM, but Eric earned my glimmer of hope and trust by sitting and sketching and talking and figuring options for me extensively before beginning.

Could it be true someone could see and embrace the fabrication, coordination, the actual connectors , the new, the old, the knowns and the unknowns? And all my driving questions? Would it pay to Reimagine my nightmare roof?

YEP.. Eric, the OG Reimaginator could and did handle all that, the sketch session made later moments of bump so much less sketchy, or not sketchy at all! Eric’s foresight was on point.

Eric fully grasped that devilish tiny detail of is there or is there not proper slope on the eave for my kind of roof. which is everything.

My contractor neighbor called me and said “those guys worked all day crafting and sculpting the entire eave slope edge to make sure it worked. I have roof envy.”

My neighbor has the same kind of roof and knows too well how a reroof or maintenance can look good but still pond at the very edge and put you in deeper long term trouble. Who will take ownership beyond just one trade? For one detsil? Eric.

I so loved the value management Eric discussed way ahead about what parts of the roof were performing or not, prioritizing core functions as essential, and so got us to the best bang for the buck strategy- in terms of structural integrity and energy efficiency. and then made sure that strategy became a best outcome reality for us. All with so incredibly little stress even facing a surprise or two!

This company owned this responsibility, so I won big.

Bailey and his team did a great job repairing and replacing our roof. Dan at sales was so helpful in getting us set up and going over all the options with us. Patrick came to give us our estimate and walked me through the details. I hired this company to replace my roof a few years ago, they did a good job and when they bid the estimate, the guy was supposed to replace the shingles on my eve of my house in the backyard and a section of wood that was rotted, but they never did it. And when I called them, they said they were gonna get back to me and no one ever got back to me, and it's been over 2 years now. I would have kept the insurance check if I would have know they were going to take the money and run. They even replaced the wood around the trim but never put new roof shingles or fixed the rotted wood... still waiting for your company to make this right...

The roof had some signs of wear and tear, and I wanted to extend its lifespan without going through a full replacement. The team at Reimagine Roofing was the perfect choice.

Cheers to Allen and the tremendous level of professionalism, detailed and thorough investigation he performed at our home, identifying the problems caused by the installation of solar panels on our roof that led to a leak and seepage into our 1st floor ceiling. His knowledge of the correct roofing protocols, installation and materials, showed a genuine awareness of the potential and actual issues.

I reached out to have a standing seam metal roof installed on my front porch. It was a small project, less than 100 SQ ft. It was mostly for aesthetics rather than function because I wanted to upgrade the look of my home. The first red flag was being told they have a $5000 minimum for any project. I told the guy who came to do the estimate if he thought the project was too small that’s fine. I’ll find another contractor. The sales rep called regardless and we worked out a number I was willing to pay. In order to receive the agreed upon price I had to pay on full. I did. The start date would be quick because it was a “small” project. Two months went by without work started and was told they were waiting for materials. I found it odd that for such a “small” project it would be held up that long for materials. I finally disputed the charge for work not being delivered and received my refund. Once I informed them I was going to do that, then all of a sudden they had material and could begin that next week. I think there was some robbing Peter to pay Paul going on and using my money for other projects. Or them deciding to put my project off and delaying other projects I had for my home. I’d advise to not provide the initial deposit with cash or debit in case you need to dispute the charge of anyone runs into similar problems. I found another company to perform the work.

The roofing side of the company was good except the demo crew was found with an empty case of beer bottles and one of the crew fell thru the roof. Brian and the team handled it quickly and said that demo crew would never work for them again. The metal roof turned out amazing and withstood a horrendous hail storm which demolished several surrounding homes, walls, and even my own personal travel trailer. My problem with the company is the solar side. Dustin is horrible at communicating and I have been trying to get a faulty inverter replaced on a single solar panel for approximately 6 months. Also when installing the solar I asked them to angle the panels to get the maximum effect and the crew said they would. When they installed the solar I wasn’t home and when I returned the panels were flat. When I spoke to the team about it I got no response. So all said and done, use them for roofing but avoid them for solar!!!

Reimagine Roofing was the only roofing company to thoroughly do an inspection and bid on replacing our historic 82 year old original cedar shingle roof in Mesa. The executives, office staff, managers and crew were excellent with communicating thru personal phones, emails, texts, and in person. The project duration was about 7-8 days and involved using a product called Enviroshake. Bailey, our site manager was adept at working positively with the roofing team and us. He was exceptionally calm, efficient, a skilled listener, and paid great attention to detail ensuring we understood the scope and sequence of each day and following up at the end of the job to make certain everything was completed to our expectations. Reimagine Roofing team's positive interaction with the Enviroshake trainer who was on site for two days, the roofing team's remarkable professional skills and work ethic resulted in a beautiful outcome complying with the historic preservation office code. We couldn't be happier.

Isaac from Reimagine Roofing has done a great job 6 months later with a few repairs that needed to happen since we finally received some monsoon rain . He is persistent, maintains communication , is thorough with great attention to detail and works well scheduling and following up on the crews work. He is an asset to the company and a pleasure to work with.
