Three years ago Regal roofing installed a new roof on a 5 unit condominium building in our complex.
Months ago we notified them of a leak in the roof. They refused to make the repair under warranty. They made it difficult to communicate with, and when we did get the “right” person the response was leaks “from a storm” are not included in the warranty.
After months if trying to work with them, we showed the warranty to a lawyer who said “clearly the roof is covered under the signed warranty.”
The last we heard from Regal is that we should contact the shingle manufacturer to see if they will cover the issue.
We are now forced to pay a lawyer to get Regal to honor their warranty.
Regal roofing showed professionalism on the first meeting. The salesman Zach has went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of. Through the installing process they would keep me updated with the progress from overhead with a drone! They was in and out in 6 hrs. That includes tear off, few replaces on decking, water shield, shingled and cleaned up! Thanks Regal for doing a great job!
I'm very happy with this roofing company.. The crew uncovered a lot of plywood that needed to be replaced and some framing too. Most impressive is that they stayed on the roof until everything was corrected and done. The price was fair. And they left the yard really clean. Will definitely use this company again
