After filing two claims with my insurance company for hail damage, with both claims being denied, Paul W. came by And looked at my house. he told me that if I was willing to work with him and make some phone calls, he believed that he could get the roof replaced and possibly the siding. Paul W. is a bulldog. He’s very knowledgeable about the industry and knows what steps to take and when to take them. True to his word, we got the claim for the roof approved and also the siding was replaced. Within a week I was scheduled in and the work was started. The roofing crew came first and had the entire roof torn off and replaced in one day. That day just happened to be over 90° so the working conditions were brutal, but the crew kept right on working. The very next day the siding crew came in and I started to remove the old siding and preparing the house for the new siding. I am totally impressed with the attention to detail everyone on the crew displayed. The fit and finish of the siding was fantastic. The siding crew foreman was very easy to work with and demanded precision from all of his crew. Very easy to work with any questions I had or concerns were addressed immediately. At the end of the project, they made sure that everything was cleaned up and did a walk-through with me to ensure that I was satisfied with the job. I would also like to say that referred restoration management was on site almost every day to monitor record and oversee the project. Will and Miguel and Paul W. we’re present And always stayed in contact with me to make sure that any concerns I might have were taken care of. Would I hire this company again? Every day of the week and twice on Sundays? The results speak for themselves.
Was very helpful throughout the whole process. From picking out colors to making sure there was no mess left behind. My new roof and siding looks fantastic and was done in just a few days.
Material showed up one day. The crew showed up the next day with the dump trailer. I came home from work and everything was completed .No nails in the grass and no burnt grass from materials. Awesome job guys, thanks again
