I've had both my front and rear gutters done by them along with my roof earlier this year. Everything is sturdy even after intense weather. Andrew Cox and the other members of Reece are kind and a pleasure to talk to. If you need anything at all, they are quick to respond. They offer great prices too! The results are worth every penny. If you need any construction done call them!

I love these widows. Can barely hear the traffic outside. They look great and similar to the old double hung windows that were replaced. These guys were awesome. Reinstalled my A/C units and went above and beyond. If looking for new windows I would highly recommend. Wayne and his team did an awesome job. Thank you

This was an exceptional experience from start to finish. Cam was accommodating for our weird schedule and visited on a Sunday to tell us all about these windows. His presentation was engaging and thorough and really proved the quality of the product. He was personable and a pleasure to work with. The process after making the order was smooth and without issue. Measurements were taken and the windows arrived Within the stated time frame. Installation went very quickly and very smoothly and the Finish installation is perfect. I never knew windows could bring such joy! Casy and Roman did a great job remodeling our bathroom. This is our second project with Reece Builders and we highly recommend them.

They gave me a great quote for both shower and floor. The materials used are top notch and lovely. Randall did the installation, was courteous and professional and his work and clean-up absolutely faultless. I'm very happy with my new shower and floor.

We just had windows installed and we could not be happier! When Cam first came out to show us the windows he was a bubbly, genuinely happy man and we were in awe at how well they were built, materials used and a transferable warranty! In regards to the installers, our windows were the original ones, so they were 26 years old. The installers were very professional, explained how to use the windows since the options are more than we had before. They answered all questions we had as they were working. The were VERY neat and cleaned up so well you would not know they were here. I highly recommend Reese Builders if you need new windows!

From 6 weeks ago to today, the experience we've had with Reece Builders has been nothing short of fantastic!! The sales consultant, Wayne, sold us on the quality and workmanship of the windows we ordered, Billy, the certified renovator accurately measured and ordered all windows correctly and then the best part----- The Mimmick installation crew did an outstanding job of installing 18 windows in 6 hours!! They showed up on time, politely kept us informed on what they were doing, had all windows installed by noon, then proceeded to professionally finish the windows, clean up and leave @ 2:15. I am very impressed by the employees of this company whom we came in contact with. I highly recommend Reece Builders for window replacements and will not hesitate to contact them in the future for other home renovations!! thank you all

This company has such an ignorant employee who is beyond disrespectful. Black boy, late 20s-early 30s maybe? (certainly not a man. doesn’t deserve the title “man”) , red shirt, black jacket, grey sweats — what he had on during the interaction.

1) someone says no? I understand it’s sales, so you say “oh, it’ll only take a moment of your time” but immediately after the second no, YOU LEAVE. 2) YOU DON’T CUSS AT THEM BECAUSE YOU’RE MAD THEY SAID NO.

I truly hope you lost your job, but if you didn’t, it’s only a matter of time before this company will be completely in the toilet due to their horrific employees being so disgusting towards their potential clients.

After speaking with 4-5 window companies, it became clear who had the superior product. After an hour demonstration from Cam on why their windows were better, we were decided. Strength, quality, heat penetration/transfer, screens, latching, etc. were all major benefits of Reese Builders windows. Before and after photos don’t do them justice. I had 6 windows replaced. The install crew took just 3 hours from start to finish and showed me the insides of the casings and explained the process entirely. I have had no regrets and will save plenty on heating and cooling

I had a shower replacement. Work quality and product quality were excellent. My craftsman, Randall, is a true professional. This was a VA job. From start to finish, Reece was great. They were also more economical than the national guys who advertise nightly on TV.

Randall installed my enclosure and it is awesome. We absolutely love it!!!! It was money well spent it looks great and is so much safer!!! I would highly recommend

Reece Builders are fantastic. They arrived promptly and did quality work efficiently. I had windows replaced because mine were original to the house (32 years old) and what a difference it has made. As soon as the guys pulled out of my driveway, one of my neighbors pulled in. She immediately told me what a difference the new windows have made, so I referred her for window replacement with Reece Builders. I'm also getting am estimate on new siding. I'm very pleased!!

We had a WHOLE TREE fall on the house during a storm and come through the wall... but the windows were still PERFECT. Not even a scratch on them!

I had the bedroom windows replaced only a week before, and thank goodness I did because my son and I were in the room when that tree hit the house, and I know there would have been glass everywhere to deal with, too. I am so amazed the window could take TREE FORCE impact and come out completely undamaged. Incredible quality windows, 10/10 would recommend. THANK YOU SO MUCH!! I can't wait to get the rest of the windows replaced, too!

Great experience from beginning to end. I had 18 windows replaced. Ray was great from his demo of the windows through the process. Bill did the measurements. Him and the installation crew of 3 did everything in 1 day. I wish I had written down their names also. Everyone was very professional and great to work with...

Text them and told me they did NOT finance, when commercial plainly says financing available. Set up appointment one time, did not show or no call. Text this time, and was arrogant because I live and own my mobile home!!!So once again not responding!!! Wow what a show for a business!!!!

I gotta admit when my 80 year old parents called me and told me someone was at the house speaking to them about renovating their bathroom, I was worried. Jake and Bryan were fantastic.
Bryan even changed a couple lightbulbs for my Father that were too high for him to reach. My father called me both nights to give me clear updates and raved about how in 65 years of working he'd never seen people more meticulous and organized.
I cant thank Reece's builders enough for not only doing a fantastic job on the service, But for taking such-and-such great care of my parents for the short time they were there. Btw, it was also less than 15 hours total they were working.

Reece Builders provided world class customer service. I had a shower and floor replaced and it was completed with perfection and a timely manner. Chris and Nick are great. Casey did an outstanding job. I highly recommend them. I wish that I could give them 10 stars.

I had two very large windows replaced by Reese. After having multiple different salesman from a variety of companies come out. I had Cameron Childress from Reese to work with. He sold me on your guys windows after working around my busy schedule and his professional presentation. The assurance of the double lifetime warranty is what I was looking for & he went above and behind to cover all corners. My install also went well & the job site was left clean!

Bathroom remodel was good.
The 1st guy was great showing different styles and colors. Unfortunately never followed up on the completion.
The installer was great.
Unfortunately my shower leaks a bit where I need to wipe it up after every shower wich the installer knows.
He said he would send someone over and put in a piece to prevent me from wiping the floor after every shower.
Never herd back!
Disappointed the company never followed up.
Other than that great job.
Will contact the installer about the water issue.

We had Reece do our windows years ago and were initially very happy. The salesperson for that was great. They must have lost all their good people since then...

A salesperson came out to our house to offer us a quote for replacement of the siding on our home, as well as potentially going ahead and doing the downstairs windows. The salesperson decided on his own to include work we did not request in the quote - of course the number came back very large. We attempted to point out exactly the cause of our concern, the reason we wanted the work done, what we wanted to stay focused on, and the attitude that came back from the salesperson was that what we needed was beneath their company to do.

It gets worse from here, as a message to their customer service to let them know about the bad interaction resulted in another employee contacting us by text, to justify their salesperson's attitude and actions instead of listening, learning, and offering to send someone else out to try to rectify the service and offer a clear quote for the requested scope only.

Whoever they have training salespeople and customer service people have clearly failed to understand the basic tenants of customer service - it's not that the customer is always right, it's that the first step of customer service is understanding what the customer is asking for, what they need, and giving your best possible plan on how to address those wants/needs within the limitations of the scope and costs.

At no point did anyone ever attempt to listen to what we wanted - the impression from the very start was they had it in their mind what the job was, and what we wanted or needed was irrelevant to that. A formerly happy customer was lost because two salespeople decided their ego was more important than understanding their customer's needs. Will never recommend this company to another person ever again for anything. Such a shame and disappointment.

We had our shower replaced by Reece Builders in 2018. We have had a couple issues arise after the initial installation and Reece Builders has always responded in a timely way and made sure our issue was resolved to our fullest satisfaction. They have called yearly to check to see if we have had any issues arise and even came out to re-caulk for us (Thank you Evan and Mike!). They are loyal and committed to their customers and stand behind their lifetime warranty. Go with Reece Builders and they will take care of your needs!

Was referred to them from a good friend and I'm very disappointed.
Sent one wrong window that we didn't realize until we looked close.Supposedly they had one ordered but didn't even tell us they messed up until the gentleman came to repair some caukingthat was bad.Still no replacement and they are not good to keep in touch and let you know what is going on.For the price of these windows which was very high I'm not impressed.

I can not believe how much of a difference my new windows have made on my home's energy. They look good as well. I have received several compliments on my windows from neighbors. The windows came in quite quickly compared to some of the other products from other companies I've received over the last couple years. The installation was also more efficient than some work I've experienced in the past. The investment in these windows is well worth it for the quality, wait time, and the installation. I had windows installed and I love them. The entire process from the sales consultant to the installers was wonderful. The sales rep Andrew was very professional and the installer Mike went above and beyond on the installation. He sealed some framing and it looks great. Bill who measured my windows was also a pleasure to work with. Good people!

I scheduled an appointment for an estimate with a door-to-door rep. He called the local office on speaker to confirm the appointment. They took my phone number, and I was told someone would call the day before to confirm the appointment. After the rep walked away, I never heard from them again. The day of the appointment came and no one showed. No one called to cancel or reschedule.

Love my new windows. Reece Sunday sent a two-man crew. They replaced every window in the house within 2 days, including a wonderful garden window in the kitchen. Cleaned up all of the debris from the old windows nicely. Small issue with a couple of screens which was handled promptly by the company. Would highly recommend them

We had our garden tub converted into a shower. We were impressed with the Luxury Bath acrylic product. The laser etched tile is eye pleasing and low maintenance in keeping clean. The sales person was very knowledgeable of the product. Our installers Casey and Stacey were very courteous and professional and the installation was a fabulous finished product. We have been using the shower for a month and very glad we went with Reese Builders on this project.

A customer home facelift dream come true.
My wife and I have dreamed about a facelift on our home from year to year. This facelift was to include a new roof, gutters, siding , and replacement windows. In 2018 I was at the Summer on Liberty in downtown Winston Salem, NC. One on the on-site vendors was a Reece Builders representative. Knowing the conversation with my wife around a home facelift, I decided to fill out an information card. After a week or so I began receiving periodic calls checking in to ask if I would like a free estimate? I’m thankful for the calls. In 2022 I remembered those calls and decided to call Reece Builders for the free estimate.
Now, after the home facelift of a new roof, gutters, siding, and replacement windows are done. We have Reece Builders to thank as satisfied customers. We are also inspired to complete interior work and would be happy to contract Reece Builders for a consult or
to work with again.

Wayne (sales manager) was professional and took time to explain benefits of new windows and showed me how new windows were energy efficient. The installation team (Dan, Chris & Jordon) were outstanding, on time and no errors in window installation. My home has 30 windows and all look great. We can tell a big difference in our cooling and comfort in home. Reece Builders does a great job.

I have to say that I was very skeptical about getting 2 baths, 1 walk-in shower and 1 tub and shower combo. With so many of the so called "reputable" companies out there nowadays.
I can honestly say I was pleasantly surprised and extremely satisfied with the work that was done. Randall was phenomenal! One man show, he installed both baths in 4 days and was extremely meticulous about getting everything installed perfectly. Kudos to Randall and Reece Builders!

I used Reece Builders to replace the windows in my house. The Reece Builders team was professional and efficient in their installation. The replacement windows cut my electricity bill almost in half, saving me over $1,800 a year. I highly recommend Reece Builders if you are planning on replacing the windows in your home.

We are so happy with the walk-in shower install that Reece Builders did for us! Casey & Josh were very professional, friendly, courteous and prompt…we could not have had a better crew in our home. They cleaned up before they left each day and when they left we couldn’t tell they had even been there…except for our beautiful new walk-in shower! Chris Anderson was our sales person and he couldn’t have been nicer to work with! Great job from start to finish and we highly recommend Reece Builders!

What should have been a simple project for 7 windows and one door. Turned into a mess with a massive failure on the project manager. They took on repairs they did not know how to fix. Just look at the hack job on the bottom plate and tyvek wrapping. They tore off chunks and put it up.
Massive gaps in the installation that did not get filled, just covered with flashing that flexes, causing the sealant to open and allow water in. Not to mention, they couldn't cut the flashing properly and made up for it in caulking.
But what broke the back is the new window just broke as I went to open it.

Find another company....

Attended an event they had a booth at in February of 2019. Put our names in for some kind of competition to win something, but didn’t hear from them (not an issue, lol). They called me a week and a half ago to see if I was interested in getting a quote for our bathroom. I told the sales representative we weren’t really interested in doing anything now. He persisted and told me that the quote was free. I said I would talk to my fiancé but that we weren’t interested right now and offered to call them back. He suggested he give me a call back on Monday and I agreed so we could end the phone call. Since then, they have called me at least three times a day, every day. Don’t like pushy sales reps, and definitely don’t like being harassed.

If one is looking for a great, home town company that has been in business in 1972, REECE BUILDERS is the one to call! Professional, always on time, takes care not to harm shrubbery/flowers when installing windows. We LOVE our new windows!! Totally changed the look & feel of our home. It’s like we are outside even though we are in our home!

We needed a few new windows. The salesman Andrew Cox was very helpful, spent a lot of time explaining and showing us how the windows were built. He was very knowledgeable and had a sample window cut out to show us

I loved the sales process, window installation. No issues through out the whole process. The only problem I've had is that some of the plastic clips on the screens have broken. My wife has called 3 times starting in March and was told they'd ship some out. It's now June and I called and left a message that we still haven't received any clips. It's the little things that will keep people from recommending a company.

Had them come out to estimate new windows the guy was very nice and knowledgeable. Decided to try to go with financing to purchase windows, the salesman told me he would be in touch the next day to let us know and setup signing day. Have Not heard anything since then. After a week I received my deposit check voided and a letter saying I was denied financing. Funny thing is I'm signed up with each credit bureau to get alerts whenever my credit is checked I haven't even got an alert that they even checked it? Even if it wasn't approved he could have still called and let me know. Maybe I would have tried again in the future?

Bill Carpenter, measured, ordered and installed new windows. He has been so polite and cooperative with my requests and questions. He is a very hardworking, neat and talented in his field. He helped me move furniture out of the way and put it back. I have been extremely impressed with him as a person and installer. Five Star for sure.

Bill Carpenter came today to make some simple adjustments to our windows. Wow! A five-minute fix! Thank you, Bill, for your expertise and knowledge. You did a great job and even gave me some tips for keeping my windows in great working order. I appreciate it!
And I appreciate that Bill wore a mask the entire time. Shows courtesy during this time of COVID. He wouldn’t know that I am fighting cancer at this time, so caring enough to wear a mask meant a lot to me.

My wife and I had new siding, windows, and gutters installed about roughly 3 years ago and been very pleased with the product and employees involved in the installation. Recently we had a broken glass on our sliding glass door. And the repair man Bill Carpenter came out and made the repair he was a very friendly and done a great job on the repair. I would suggest strongly that Reece Builders be the one you call for windows siding doors and gutters.

Immediately my husband and I noticed the difference in the temperature of our home this summer. The house remains cooler longer after running the HVAC. Therefore, that will conserve our energy usage and costs. The windows look beautiful and sleek. Wayne Childress delivered the high quality product that he showed us in his presentation. The installers arrived on time, worked in a professional manner and cleaned as they worked. The office team was attentive and answered all our questions. We are happy with the Reece Builders product and team.

Because of the covid stuff took forever too get the door but the only updates or information I got was when I felt it was past due for a "courtesy" call ... And when the door was finally installed they installed it the opposite opening way from in which I placed the order with.. I was told my husband wanted it to open the way it was installed fine whatever but when they agreed to send someone out to flop the door . I get no call to confirm on the day(8/4/20) I'm told someone would be here which NO ONE even showed up.. and the screen door doesn't sit right it's stuck so bad that the metal is shaving off ... the salesman preached awesome customer service so far fat Chance

However, I need to set the record straight because Reese Builders has truly gone above and beyond to rectify the situation and exceed my expectations.

When I faced issues with my windows, they promptly addressed the problem, ensuring everything was fixed to perfection. This time around, I had a busted window, and despite not having purchased the windows directly from them (they came with the house warranty), Reese Builders didn’t hesitate to help. Their team was incredibly professional, responsive, and thorough, demonstrating their commitment to customer satisfaction.

We had Reese come out for a quote - Rodger arrived and in 1 hour gave us full quote and great demo of the product. We signed up end Feb - the team has been fantastic - we had number of questions given the Covid - but they answered them and as soon as the factory opened back up they had us on the install list and exceeded our expectations - even during the install we had calls from the office checking that all was going smoothly - and a follow up the day after sinsrall was completed. These are full lifetime warranty windows/install - the product looks fantastic - and we couldn’t be happier

I asked Reece builders to come out for an estimate for a moderate job (20-30k) this was first week of January. When the sales person showed up he said would be 3+ hour visit. I explained to him we just wanted the basic facts and give him all the info he needs to give us an estimate. This through him off he had a very large binder with ALL the company info which I told him I didn’t need because I’ve done my research. He stated nobody has ever done that to him. Well we went on from there I did cut him short a few times when he was trying to tell me irrelevant info about the owner, windows etc. again I explained I want the info pertinent to my job not a family tree. After 2 hours we finally finished and as I’m walking him to the door he stated most people usually have him stay for dinner. I explained it was not happening tonight. We left things that he had everything he needed after measurements and walking through and around the house. After 6 weeks of not hearing anything I called and did get a return call stating he was sending one of the contractors out for some of the parts to look at. That was second week of February still no contact. Needless to say we will not be using them this is just a huge company that subs out most of their work and want your valuable time to give a 3 hour presentation and if married will NOT come out unless both are home. Good luck if you go with them.

I had new windows put in 8 years ago. This past week I had all exterior doors replaced. These guys were GREAT ! These guys TOOK PRIDE in their work. Would use them again and recomend them. THANKS REECE BUILDERS !!

If you are in the market for windows, siding, bath remodel, flooring, roofs or decks....this is the company you want to buy from. Everyone is friendly and professional and goes above and beyond to make sure the customer is satisfied. I have to say that I am shocked at some of these reviews...I have never had anything but pleasant and professional interactions with this company. They can seem to be calling excessively, but in fact, they are just making sure they are reaching all of the customers that want information or estimates on their products......and they ONLY call people who have GIVEN their information or requested contact in regards to home improvements they are interested in. They canvass door to door instead of advertising on TV and after 47 years in business, they have found this to be a more effective approach. They truly have a AMAZING and SUPERIOR product line and if you go with them, your project will end up paying for itself in a short amount of time....and their warranties are TRANSFERABLE....not too many companies offer that. Iwouldnt trust my home with ANYONE else!!

Reece Builders is a GREAT company. We have used them to install windows, a shower, and a front door over the past 7 years. When we had the windows installed, our heat and air bills were cut in half! The windows are very secure, very tight fitting, but are very easy to open and clean. The shower looks like the showers you find in 5 start hotels, and includes corner shelves, a bench, a hand bar, and shower glass and walls that will not stain. The new front door looks great and is very secure. they matched the door to match the style of the house.

Representatives from the company came to our house and met with us, demonstrated the products, and made us a great deal on each project. NO HIGH PRESSURE SALES PITCH! They told us what it would cost - no added or surprise fees.

They came to install when they said they would come, and the windows and front door only took less than a day to complete each project. The Shower project was done in three days.

Each of these projects have already paid for themselves because of the quality of the products, and lifetime warranties. It has increased the value of our home by 10%.

We have a few more projects in mind, and we already know who we are calling. I highly recommend Reese Builders!!!

I love my new windows. I have been pleased with the entire experience, from the representative that first came to my door to the installers that came out this morning. They took the time to answer all our questions, demonstrate every feature, and were prompt and courteous with follow up to any concerns.

I recently purchased windows from reece builders for my home. I'd like to start my review on the quality of the window themselves. My original windows were single, side by side style. It was suggested that I replace those with a large single, sliding window instead. I have to say, I was skeptical. It wasn't my type, not at all what im used to. But I thought... why not, I'll give it a shot. These windows are fabulous! They make me feel like I'm on a weekend beach getaway! It's amazing how clearly I am now able to see things! I really do love these windows. They are easy to clean, so I can keep the scum off of them, and are also made with safety in mind, to keep those untrusted out (which you will see in the demonstration).

And this leads me to my next point- my sales rep, Tyler Leinbach, went above and beyond to assure me that my safety was at the top of their priority list. He presented the product flawlessly, was very informative and catered to all of my needs. He really made me feel like I could trust him, so my decision to install a second round of windows was a NO BRAINER! I am excited to have a house full of Reece windows. I would, hands down, recommend these windows and this company to anyone who's searching for an upgrade. Looking anywhere else would be a waste of time.

They came door knocking. I accepted the opportunity for a free estimate. They scheduled it for Friday at 5:00. Called at 4:45 said they wouldn’t arrive until 6:00. I cancelled and told them to call and reschedule the next week. I didn’t hear from them for over two weeks. They just seem weird. I don’t think I would trust them to do the work in a timely or professional manner.

Had REECE install replacement windows 11 years ago..Excellent workmanship. At that time, had 2 excellent representatives sell us the windows..they are no longer with the company; however, recently had to contact Reece with regard to a problem with 2 of my windows. Spoke with Sarah, the Service Manager, who was able to work with me and have a technician arrive that was convenient for my schedule. After 11 years, and a lifetime warranty, had excellent response and the technician, BILLY CARPENTER arrived promptly at my home to check out the problem. He solved the problem, then offered to check ALL the rest of my replacement windows, discovered a problem - caused by ME..not the window itself, took care of that as well as 2 windows that needed to be re-glued so they would not come off. BILLY is an excellent addition to your company, very personable..making me feel it was very important that I be satisfied with his work..Would highly recommend REECE to anyone looking for replacement windows. If all your technicians are like BILLY CARPENTER, Reece is very fortunate.
