I had my new roof installed by Reds in October. Two months later in our wind storm, I had multiple rows of shingles blow off of the roof. We were told that along with the record winds, the shingles used could be defective and that they would call the manufacturer (when I mentioned this later I was told they didn’t word it that way?). Long story short the shingles were not hand-tabbed. After calling multiple roofing companies in Anchorage, this is a common and encouraged step in all winter installations to ensure proper sealing happens in low temperatures and little sun exposure. I highly recommend you ask for this service even if not mentioned by the company. Reds did come back five days later and replace all missing shingles as well as hand-tab the whole roof.

Had a roof leak in our commercial building, which affected our business operations in a medical clinic. Red’s were insight within hours, were very thorough and friendly and went the extra mile to get things done. Would recommend them to anyone with residential or commercial roofing issues!

All-star business. I am an owner and landlord who lives out of the Anchorage area. I reached out to Reds late in a very wet season for a roof repair with the possibility of a new roof. They took the job and did the repair work quickly and with integrity while also generously assessing the remainder of the roof's life. Therefore, I knew they truthfully accessed the roof's life and were not simply trying to get more work. I did have to call and a second time to follow up on when the work would be done but they were prepared with an answer and got the work done promptly. Thanks guys!

This is a very professional large scale Roofing/Renovation company that also offers residential roof repairs, which is awesome. Scheduling for repairs is a breeze, and the installation crew is amazing. 5 stars all the way, support our troops.

Even though my job didn't line up with their availability, they guys ARE AWESOME!!! They %100 went out of their way to be as helpful as possible in helping me and pointing me in the right direction. HUGE shout out to this company and how they conduct business. Allstars to say the least.

They were very efficient and responsive to all my questions, and at the end of each day they cleaned up so the work area looked nice. Red's has been great to work with over the last winter! We needed our roof repaired with a full reroof, but needed to deal with other things when winter hit. They helped us out with venting our roof to deal with the ice dams in November, which made a huge difference. Then they got us on the schedule in march to repair the roof with the best estimate and highest quality materials. Ben and Karley were quick to communicate with us and always responded when we had questions. Really appreciate their understanding and patience with us this year.

Fantastic customer service! With our record snowfall this year, our furnace intake vent appeared to be blocked causing our furnace to be inoperable during a stretch of sub-zero temps. I called Red’s and actually spoke to a friendly human, not a voicemail like so many others I had called. After explaining our situation, they said they would try to get to us that same day after finishing a similar job elsewhere. Just as promised, they arrived later that evening.

The crew were friendly and professional after what had be an extremely long and frigidly cold work day. They looked at our furnace as well as looking on Google Maps to see where our vents were placed on the roof. It was determined that snow was not the problem. They offered to go ahead and clear the vents we have, but it would not help our furnace issue. They even called us back a bit later that evening with some other suggestions to get our furnace issue resolved.

While we didn’t have them get on our roof to remove any snow, I would definitely call them again for any future needs! It was refreshing to have such great snd honest service.

Ben and his crew were extremely responsive. They cleared our roof within 2 or 3 days of contacting them. What’s more impressive is that they cleared the roof while the temperature was -2 degrees.

Great fast service, we could not ask for a better service! We needed help with shoveling a roof. I was happy we got taken care of fast and from bidding to the job it was two days. I was happy we could get a great fast service!

We hired Red's to come in and do the drywall for our ceiling after our roof was repaired. he got it completed within a couple of days. Did not leave any mess behind. They are very friendly and easy to work with and appreciate him being able to get to us so quickly! The roof repair took a long time.. so getting these last parts done so quickly has been a blessing! Ben came by on a Sunday evening due to water coming in from the garage roof. He came by referral and quickly responded. He gave us a thorough inspection of the effected area, but also confirmed what we suspected and that was we did not need a complete new roof as told by another contractor. He saved us $$$$!
He brought my son up on the roof and told him how to keep it clean and clear of moss. He laid down visqueen until we can get on the schedule for repair.
