What Users Like The Least

Desmond took three weeks longer than the 2 day bid and two crews quitting before the simple job was done.
The flashing was done incorrectly. Not sealed or overlapped so now my facia boards need to be replaced.
He also asked for more money at the end because he underestimated materials.

Desmond took three weeks longer than the 2 day bid and two crews quitting before the simple job was done. Then he and his girlfriend came and finished the job. Kinda... The 3" gutters were replaced with smaller, round 2" downspouts feeding into my 3" existing gutters. The flashing was done incorrectly. Not sealed or overlapped so now my facia boards need to be replaced. He also asked for more money at the end because he underestimated materials. It's a rectangle... would not recommend this company.

Redline roofing was able to take care of our roofs here in the Shilohwood Neighbor homeowners association. He did it at a good price, with good material and honest workmanship. I’d highly recommend him for any fix-it job or building job. We appreciate that he listen to our needs as a community and was able to accommodate them. I consider him an honest businessman. His word is his bond! I definitely give him five stars!

Desmond was able to quickly diagnose the source of a leak and was able to fix it in short order. He also did another fix on a sagging roof line with efficiency and safety. He was able to re-evaluate and adjust when new issues were found [old construction repair].

Desmond is very hard working, honest and did a great job fixing our roof and closet. He finished in a timely manor and his pricing was reasonable and didn't try to up sell for things that were not necessary. I would definitely recommend him for roofing, gutter work and even remodeling.

Good job! Put in new skylight and roof vents to prevent moisture problems in attic. Also replaced plywood that was damaged, so yes, thorough.

I have used Redline a few different times, always a pleasure with Desmond, not out to rip you off like some other places.
Desmond is very precise on his bids right down to the screws.
I have another project coming up. Redline will be my first call.

I'm fed up with contractors where the sales guy has nothing to do with the work. With Redline we worked through every detail and every detail was completed correctly.

The roof looks great, the cleanup was done every day.

Highly recommended.
