Accuate, reasonble pricing, on time, very friendly and personable yet professional. They replaced my roof quickly at a competative price. All the crew were very friendly and work hard on August 8th 2023 heat index was 108. Cleaned up the mess and rearranged deck items. Covered my pool and plants beds to catch waste. Good crew!

The Marquez Roofing Team did a phenomenal job with totally replacing our roof on our 2400 SF home. The job took 2 days to complete with quality and not speed as the priority. With the supply chain issues across the nation, it took about 2 weeks for materials to be delivered, so if you plan to do a roof replacement, give yourself some time for planning. Ms. Destiny did an awesome job as she kept me informed through the whole process. So from the estimate (and we had about 3 other quotes) to completion was about 3 weeks. She also let me know up front that if there were damaged or rotted plywoods that she would let me know and that she did prior to any boards being replaced. We had to replace 7 plywood boards. No hidden costs as you will know up front what the additional costs are, as they are written in the contract. Keep in mind that they have a busy schedule, so if you are looking to have your roof replaced in a week, I'll be the first to say it's not going to happen. The owner Martin (project lead) is very knowledgeable and communicated with me throughout the process. The crew were amazing and carried themselves professionally, as one would expect. At the end of each day, they would clean up around the work areas above and at ground level removing roofing debris, but more importantly Nails that were removed from the old roofing material using a magnetic roller. Honestly, the walk areas sidewalks and driveway looked cleaner than when they arrived. If you are seriously looking for quality work to be done and pricing is a factor in your decision on who you select as your roofing contractor, get your quotes from other reputable roofing companies first, then give Marquez Roofing a call. You will not be disappointed..
