Laddermen is the BEST!!! They arrive on time, are polite and professional. They have perfectly cleaned my roof and gutters, pressure washed my driveway and washed my windows inside and out. They never leave a mess, and are proud of their work. We will never use any other company.

Dirk Erickson (owner) and his crew did an excellent job cleaning all the glass doors and windows in our home in Gig Harbor. This was our first time using Laddermen Window Cleaning Service and they did not disappoint. We give the crew "5" stars for a job well done.

The Laddermen guys are always great! This past visit Jesus came out to do our roof and gutters. Wow! He did a great job and took great care and left everything spotless when he was done. He was also extremely personable. 5 stars for Dirk and his team and 5 stars for Jesus!!

Estimate: came out in one day and provided a detailed written estimate
Scheduling: was able to schedule roof and gut cleaning as well as algae treat etc the the roof within a few days of accepting estimate.
Work: worker showed up, texting beforehand to let me know when he would be there. He was very professional and did a very thorough job. The price was very reasonable for the quality and timelines of the work. I will definitely be using them again.

Also, they use a really slick app to arrange appointments as well an accept estimates. Makes the whole process very clear. It’s also used for scheduling.

Specific thanks to Jesus who was the employee he who came out to do the job. He was super easy to work with and did a great job.

Dirk did a great job designing and building my cedar fence. He’s a nice guy, did exactly what he said he’d do, and charged a fair price.

I cannot overstate how happy I am with my service from Laddermen! I submitted an online inquiry and received a callback minutes later. I was able to schedule my services (window washing and gutter cleaning) for the same week. Jesus, the service tech that worked on my home, was timely, courteous, thorough, and he went ABOVE AND BEYOND what I had expected! For our gutter clean out Jesus started by cleaning off the roof - a service no other has done in my experience - and then cleaned the gutters and swept up all of the gunk that fell on the ground. He then carefully and meticulously cleaned our windows with care. I’m a truly glad to have found Laddermen and I look forward to using their services in the future.

I have used Laddermen, LLC a couple of times. The company is very professional and timely. They make my windows sparkle. I would highly recommend.

Hit and miss with the soft clean on the house. Window trims were not cleaned still had spider and bird poop from winter. Light fixtures subpar. Broke 3 sprinkler heads with their ladders. Left a mess on all the surfaces. They didn’t clean the hot cover or the area around the tub. I have been doing all the detail work not done.
They did get us scheduled quickly as we were under a time crunch. The siding was done well everything else not so much.

We've used Laddermen for the past 3 years to hang our Christmas lights and couldn't be happier with the experience. Installation and take-down are quick, and you won't need to be at home, making it easier for everyone. Bonus, they are willing to string lights as early as November 1st so you can get the most out of them.

What GREAT service we received from the staff at Laddermen. From the quick answer to our email inquiry, to scheduling, to Dirk the owner coming out for an estimate, and to the two workers who did all the work we had signed up for in such an excellent and timely manner.

We had our roof cleaned, including moss removal and moss treatment, the gutters cleaned out, power washing of ALL concrete surfaces (a large triple-wide driveway, walkways, and 2 patios), light power washing of our 2-story home and a detached shed, and hand-washing both exterior and interior of ALL our MANY windows and the 7 skylights.
