Red White & Blue Contracting

This is a delayed review. Had Red White and Blue install a new roof and new gutters on my town home over a year ago. Workers were fine. I was happy with the overall job however customer service needs to be improved greatly. After noticing some unfinished work that Roberts crew failed to complete (nothing major) on the initial job I called and text Robert multiple times. Texts went unanswered. One phone call he did answer and said he’d call me back.....that was 3 weeks ago ???? Come on man. Robert when you needed payment ( which was over $5,000) for the job I was nice enough to pay in full before it was even complete. Very poor customer service my friend.

I called and setup a appointment to get my roof looked at. The day of the appointment the time went and passed, I called up after they were supposed to show the man that answered the phone said he would look into it and call me back in 5 MINUTES. and I never heard back from anyone again.

If they don't want to come or made a mistake just admit it, don't leave people hanging. Word of mouth can make or break a small company.

Robert was a pleasure to do business with! Fast and fair estimate, came when he said they would, did a great job, super neat, polite crew, what more can you ask for? I've already had neighbors asking for his number, as they saw what a great job they did!

Redid our roof a couple years back, did a great job and stuck to the estimate we were given. Did everything in 1 day, including replacing some of the wooden beams we didn't know had rotten. Cleaned up after themselves inside. Brought a dumpster which was removed early the next morning. Would definitely use them again and I have recommended them to others.
