B&B Siding and Roofing

Would definitely NOT RECOMMEND this company for multiple reasons. First is that a few years back we had done a house and was given a quote. Given all the positive reviews we decided to go against getting other quotes. Big mistake. First there was a delay because they didn’t get all of their equipment on site due to miscommunication amongst themselves. Secondly when they got their equipment on site, they realized they did not need it. That delayed the start of the job by a couple of days. When they finally started the work, they decided that we didn’t need the insulation and decided to take it away DESPITE that we paid for it. No disclosure about that. Only reason how we found out was because a family member that lived nearby saw the job and alerted us. They had to take down all of the siding already gone up to install the insulation. I decided to inspect the work randomly at night after the guys left and found on multiple occasions the siding nails were anchored into nothing. You could easily pull off the siding on certain parts. Had to show the lead person there each time. Note that I NEVER saw Kamil on site once. Not happy with the experience but wanted to give them a second chance.

Big mistake again.
Had them come out to price out a new roof. Gave me a quote but then tried to nickel and dime me for everything. Found out only after I got a second quote from a different roofer who gave me a better price with everything included. It was also the second roofer that saw the materials that Kamil’s team dropped off that said they were not using the right materials and if they installed the GAF shingles with roofing paper instead of the synthetic membrane required by GAF to get the 50 year warranty, the warranty was voided.

This company also doesn’t have integrity. Because their name is so similar to another company, B&B Roofing and Contracting, often times potential customer would call this company by accident. But instead of saying that they’re calling the wrong place, they would misrepresent themselves as the other company to poach customers.

Only reason why I’m writing this review a few years down the line is because I’m looking to do the siding of another house and this company came up as one of the top companies, and I just do not believe in the quality of their work. YMMV. Not saying they haven’t done good work for others. My experience has just been negative.

we got a brand new roof after learning that ours was way past its life expectancy, and covering many old layers of shingles and the 100+ year old original cedar shake. It was a huge job. Jason came out and laid out all the options and gave us a fair price. The crew worked on some of the coldest and windiest days of the year but got it done quickly. Everything went smoothly from start to finish!

Thinking I needed my gutters cleaned I found out my roof was in a horrid shape. I called B&B Siding and Roofing and within days my new roof, from plywood to new shingles, was installed. The crew and their boss, Louis, showed up and went straight to work. The 8-man crew worked like a well-oiled machine. The prep work and clean up was amazing and more than I could have imagined. The place was spotless when they left. I can’t rave enough about professionalism and safety measures taken from start to finish and I would highly recommend B&B for any work you need on your home. The office had the supplies delivered to my home the night before and the dumpster arrived the morning of the job. Such a well-organized company with a detail-oriented staff. Jason, who came to my home was informative and helped me pick the shingles and all I would need for the job. I am truly satisfied.

Phenomenal experience from initial point of contact until the process was done! I got in contact with Jason Gitelson and we got a quote within a few hours and then scheduled the work to be done. Jason was the man! He was very prompt and walked us through the whole process. He gave us confidence is a very unfamiliar territory replacing a roof! We had a rain day in there that delayed by one day and they communicated very professionally and were able to get us on the schedule the very next day. Had our roof, siding and windows done by B And B. We initially loved the job they did until our windows would not stay closed , siding trim was coming off of house and windows were still drafting in air. Contacted the office left voice mail no response. Contacted salesman that sold us the package and was told someone would come out to address. Never happened. Extremely disappointing experience Really awful customer service.

We needed a new roof. They explained if we needed a new roof altogether or if they could go over our existing roof.
Very professional & friendly from the rep who came to our house initially. He explained everything to us and showed pictures from his tablet.
The workers themselves as well were friendly and did a great job doing the work, as well as cleaning up afterwards. I would highly recommend this company.

1st I'm required to call them the day of the app after 9 to see what time they will show up. So I need to take a day off.
2nd tech goes to the house . Never called but as per them, it's my fault because I didn't tell them to call me before they come
3rd I called for a roof repair and
possible new window. Whoever they did speak to (not me the homeowner) told them to only look at the window so they didn't look at the roof. And they were nice enough tell me I wasn't charges ..yet

Paul replaced fascia, gutters and liters that were originally installed poorly. He did great work and is a pleasure to work with!

My experience with B&B siding from salesman to the installers went very smooth, the installers were very knowledgeable and respectful, they cleaned up all the debris when completed. The girls in the office were very helpful with contacting me, they kept up updated on the deliveries of the roof supplies and the delivery of the dumpster. I highly recommend B&B siding and roofing.

We were very happy with the work that B&B did for us (reface front of house/awning built). The whole team was wonderful. Very professional and patient. Laurie was always available for a (many) calls and if she was not available, she got back to me right away. Eddie explained everything and helped with getting me samples of colors and Otis kept me informed of when the crews were coming and what was going on etc. From start to finish they all made the experience smooth and did beautiful work. Had 12 new windows and all new siding on my house installed in 3 days. The crew was very talented and wasted no time. The lead installer had to get creative with my basement windows because of the old framing. He figured it out and did a superb job. The new windows are very efficient, and my electric bills have decreased about 25%. I highly recommend B&B Siding and Roofing.

We called this company they sided the rear of our home. We requested them to return to do some additional work on the second level. Called twice was given the brush off. We thought they never responded because the job was not big enough. Will not use them again ever.

Needed my side wall siding done and the salesperson Ed came and explained all possible options. Was very professional and showed me samples and colors. Initially the price was on the higher range but we renegotiated a price that we both agreed on. On the install date the 2 guys came on time and took 1.5 days to do the siding which was what was expected. The job was done professionally and to my satisfaction. They cleaned up nicely and put all the debris in the provided dumpster. I would highly recommend calling B&B to quote you on your siding or roofing job.

Called this company to replace my roof after buying my first home—they were very attentive and responsible. When the guys showed up to work, they were very professional, completed the job in a day and left everything clean. After months of they roof is still holding perfectly and they even came reseal vents up the roof. What I like about them is that they were affordable and very professional. I went from a faded brown roof to an elegant black roof and I couldn’t be more pleased. The workers were efficient, kept the property and my gardens protected and clean. Had a leaking issue with my roof due to the old age. Called B&B siding and roofing to come and give me a quote for the replacement of the roof. They were quick to respond! Steve came over with a very taught out proposal and answered all my question in a professional manner. They were very quick to schedule me in to having my roof job done and stayed in constant communication about my project. The team came and completed the entire roof replacement which included plywood and shingle replacement in one day. The team kept everything very clean. They even cleaned up any debris that went into the neighboring yard as well. Overall I have a very pleasant experience with team and definitely recommend this company to anyone who need roofing or siding done.

This is the second time using B&B siding and they have great customer service, their technicians Louis and Paul did a great job and worked diligently on my repairs. They were also able to identify the source of my issues and I’ve not had any further problems from the repairs they made. Highly recommend B&B for good quality service and repairs.

B&B did the siding, soffits, etc on our whole house and did an amazing job! When we ordered our shutters one came broken and Lou from the repair department came out multiple times to install them (not B&Bs fault at all- the box was fine when they opened it he noticed right away it wasn't right). They communicated well, got everything done extremely fast and were a pleasure! Lori, who we dealt with for billing/ordering was also great and SO nice! We're so pleased with how everything came out can't recommend them enough!

I called B&B Paul came out the next day went on the roof, saw my problem and gave me an estimate which I agreed to, arrived the next day with 7 men and in about 3 hours the job was done..They cleaned up meticulously and did an excellent job..Laurie was great also. Three years ago I hired B&B to replace my roof and that team led by Paul & Steve were professional, always prompt and just an overall pleasure to deal with!!
This year, December 2022), I asked B&B Siding & Roofing to replace my aluminum siding with vinyl siding. This team was led by Robert who was a pleasure to work with as well. He and his team were prompt every day, so polite and took great pride in making our house look aesthetically pleasing. The capping on all the windows are beautiful, as many pipes and wires that could be hidden by the vinyl were and the overall job was so well done including all the cleanup!!
I wanted scallops in a light green for the front peak of my home and Laurie went above and beyond to find it for me while Robert and his team made it stand out from all the other homes!!!

I used B&B siding and roofing in September 2022 and they were amazing. I needed a few pieces of siding replaced in the front of my home. They gave me a quote promptly, and were responsive during the whole process. I was so happy with the outcome. Many other companies told me it could not be done and was not worth their time. I will definitely use B&B in the future. Beautiful work

B&B did vinyl siding on our house this fall. Prior to that we went through 5 contractors that continuously stopped returning phone calls, and kept falling through. After dealing with those horrible contractors and than moving on to B&B, the service was beyond professional. They answered every phone call and email, and we’re honest and communicative when our product was delayed. I will recommend them to everyone I know! 10/10!

Their prices are competitive. The best measure of a contractor is whether they follow up after they get paid...B& B gets high marks!

B&B replaced the siding on the front of my house. They did an amazing job, from start to finish, from sending me samples. to scheduling the work. I have used B&B previously to make repairs on my aluminum siding, and missing roof shingles after hurricanes and severe storms caused damage. Eventually, I had to realize that my 25 yr old shingles and sub roof needed serious repairs. Laurie who is always very courteous and pleasant on the phone sent Paul to my house for an estimate. Paul was very professional and provided a very detailed and precise estimate rather than others who came, looked and gave me guess-timates by eye rather than by measurement. The estimate was by far more reasonable than any others and included a total old shingle rip off and complete sheathing of the entire roof. Other contractors said I could save money by just putting another layer of shingles over the existing, which would have been a disaster. The roofing crew that came and did my roof were excellent and very efficient. The crew cleaned up everything at the end of each work day and even came back to make sure my gutters were clean and secure after the work was finished. I can highly recommend B&B and their staff because of the way they have taken care of my needs on a house that is over 125 years old and look forward to the day I can afford to have them replace my aluminum siding with vinyl siding. Thanks again Laurie for an excellent experience!

A crack skyline needed to be replaced but no leak so I've consulted several roofers and Steve from B&B were pretty courteous and responsive at first. A simple fix of the skyline ended up to be a entire roof renovation which cost $11k including the balcony. The skyline was not finished the way it supposed to be and after complaints, it was done correctly. Then the ceiling leaks afterward, they came inspected couple time and said the vent pipe was missing a cap so I hired a contractor took care of it and it still leaks. So they came up with another excuse about the bathroom vent pipe was disconnected so the rain did not go to the drain instead to the attic and it was disconnected within the house which my house do not have attic access cause it's sealed off (which mean there was no attic). It was eventually fixed (hopefully), but left the ceiling with awful stains and every now and then when it rains, we have to keep our eyes on it cause it just look like it's gonna leak again. Now comes the balcony part, it never stop when it rains. Water dripping everywhere and they did tried to have it done the right way but I hated to say, it doesn't work and still leaks. With the aforementioned Steve, he only showed up once when we got the quote and promised to come in person for inspections but never to be seen again. I decided to write this review after 6 months of installation, the work was done last November of 2021. Not satisfied at all, good luck fellas!

We recently had our house sided and new gutters installed. We were very pleased with the entire process from choosing the siding/gutters to the installations. The woman who picks up the phone was courteous and knowledgeable. If she didn't have an answer she promised to get back to you and did within 30 minutes. Removed old sliding doors and window. Installed new french doors and new window. Extended roof, replaced leaking floor of balcony. Added new vinyl railings. Great job! Very happy with results! Here are some before and after photos.

I reached out to B&B to replace some missing and damaged siding, with the goal of matching the home's existing siding in style and color. Matching required a custom order, and the crew was able to install a few weeks later once it came in. Quoting the job with Kamil and Paul and then coordinating with the office was all seamless, and I was very happy with the install team's work - the repaired siding and trim is neat and the team gave great attention to detail. I had a minor concern, which I flagged to Kamil and Paul, and they quickly resolved with no questions asked to ensure I was completely happy with the finished product. The new siding and the overall service were both great, and I would gladly go to B&B in the future.

First repair was to fix gutters after storm to stop roof and siding from damning.
Second repair was roof facia, soffits. Caulk all front windows.
Contracts were open to customer changes and always completed to customer specs. Work areas were always cleaned before leaving the site.
They are fully insured. (I have a steep roof). BB Siding always came on or before agreed start day and they will always back their work.

We used B&B to do our siding, gutters, soffit, trim and shutters. Their work was excellent and very professional from beginning to end. I would definitely recommend them!

UPDATE!
We recently had some storm damage to a piece of the siding and I called B&B about and they quickly responded and sent someone out to repair it! In addition, they then ordered a new piece and returned soon thereafter to install it. No questions asked. I could not be any happier with how we've been treated by them. These guys are 5 stars all the way! Thanks again Kamil and Team!

This is the forth time I have used B&B. They did three houses for me and my family, windows and now my outdoor patio room. As always they were fast, neat and very courteous. Cleaned up everything. HIGHLY recommend them. They are great!!

B&B came in and did a complete roof rip off of my roof a few years ago and I just had them install new sliding doors. In and out in no time. Cleaned up better than I would! I highly recommend them!
