Who knew Red Top Roofing did Kitchen remodeling. Well let me tell you they do, and do it very well. Dusty came out and quoted our Job and kept us informed through the whole process. His team is second to none. From painting our whole interior, New flooring, LVP and Carpet, to a brand new kitchen. They handled it all. cabinets, tile, electrical, plumbing. We are so happy with how it turned out, so much so that we will be updating our bathrooms and using them again. Thanks again to the whole team, with special shout out to Sergio and the guys, Zach, and Justin and of course Dusty Brock.

I had a small minor repair to be done and Dustin had a repairman, Zach, out within 3 hours. Took about 5 minutes and they charged me a very fair fee for the work. Definitely in my phone for future needs

I contacted Dusty Brock for an estimate on exterior trim repainting due to HOA inspection. Dusty was very prompt with an estimate, his crew worked and finished the project in the amount of time he quoted, and my home looks brand new again! Better than HOA standards! Thank you!

Justin was able to come out the same day I called to fix a roof leak that developed from a thunderstorm. Very happy with the level of service and will certainly use again in the future.

On Saturday we saw some water stains on ceiling in kitchen from recent storms? I called RED TOP and spoke to Dusty at 8:30am today. He changed his schedule around and responded by 12pm. He fixed the stove pipe vent that all the nails came loose from wind and checked all the rest - FOR FREE! He suggested we call back in Sept. for some maint. on my roof- You bet we will!!

If I could give no stars I would. This is the worst experience we’ve ever had with a builder! Mr.Russel was extremely poor at best with returning messages, emails, or phone calls, no answers to questions on our build, nor explanations given as to why work was not being done. The refusal to work together to find a resolution and resolve the issues at hand is appalling for a business!

It's hard to find a good roof company, because all of them will tell you what you want to hear and it's hard to know if they did a good job or not after the fact. I hired Red Top for a repair and the communication was excellent. Dusty did exactly what he said he would do and was polite, on time, and did great quality work. I appreciated his attention to detail and most of all the good, honest communication. After a few storms the roof is still looking great.

We decided to use Red Top to paint our house which was much overdue. The crew was extremely polite and professional and Dusty Brock was able to get us a competitive quote with high quality materials.

Very professional and reasonable!! Service was excellent. After having several roofers look at my repair Erik took care of it and did it the right way. Would definitely recommend them for roofing replacement or repairs.

Red Top Roofing did a fantastic job on my new roof. This is the second roof I have had installed on a personal home and we couldn’t be happier. They worked with our agent to get the roof approved through our insurance due to previous storm damage. They were flexible on scheduling while we were out of town and we came home to a new roof. Without asking we had upgraded flashing throughout, updates on progress throughout the job, and zero mess when we got back home. Dusty was great to work with and his team did a great job taking care of us. Would highly recommend to anyone.

Back in April of 2020 we had a tree fall on our home. Red Top was recommended and they did good work and I felt pricing was fair. As ours was an insurance claim I wouldn’t recommend them for insurance claims as if your insurance company has any questions or in our case we’re having to get lawyers involved to settle claim due to insurance not providing enough funds for all the repairs.

If your insurance company has any questions or need any information, Red Top won’t even respond to you, your insurance company or your lawyers. Once they get paid for the work they’ve completed, they’ll not even respond to you.

After a recent storm I had some missing shingles from my roof. Red Top Roofing came out and did an impeccable job! I was highly satisfied with their skills and knowledge. The entire crew was extremely polite, professional and informative. I would definitely recommend them in the future.

I contacted Dusty with RTR after storm winds damaged our roof to the point that it needed replacement. RTR came recommended from friends and I am glad they did! It was easy to communicate with Dusty and coordinate the job, even during the pandemic. The crew turned up early and had the job done very quickly. They cleaned up after themselves and hauled off their debris. We have a nice new roof that will last us for years to come! I can confidently recommend them to friends!

I had some shingles blow off from a tropical storm. Eric came out and gave me a quote, the cost was very reasonable! I didn’t bother price shopping, I knew by the quote and the professionalism of Red Top Roofing they were the best business for the job. I’m glad I chose them, you can’t tell which shingles were replaced. Exceptional work from quote to completion. Would highly recommend them for any work!

A fantastic company! They are hardworking, nice, easy to work with, and overall the best! I have zero complaints! Brian was our project manager and he was so nice and easy to work with. After a long, drawn out ordeal with our insurance company, we met Erik. Several other companies just politely refused to work with us because of the insurance. Erik and all of red top are stand up folks to do business with. He personally helped us navigate the insurance company, and was here with us when the adjuster arrived. Their roofer no call, no showed, and the adjuster let Erik complete the survey. He really went out of his way to help us and its almost impossible to find that anymore. All of that attention, a great price and quality workmanship. The roof turned out excellent. You just cant ask for anything more. Deal in complete confidence.

Red Top Roofing did an excellent job at assessing our roof and then completely replacing it for us. They were on site for 1 day and left our property looking just as good as when they arrived!

This company did an excellent job of painting our exterior trim. They power washed, caulked, repaired, painted, and thoroughly cleaned up afterward. All of that was included in the estimate, so there were no surprises! All work was done professionally and to our satisfaction. We happened upon Red Top Roofing through a friend. What a great thing to happen. Marcus and the guys were extremely professional and courteous; calling often to ask if we needed anything. Marcus took the time to be the “go between” for us with our insurance company. Two days after having been cleared by our insurance company, the crew showed up and got to work. By 5:00 that afternoon, we had a new, beautiful roof. The crew cleaned up after themselves so nicely that you couldn’t even tell they had been there. It’s been three days since the job’s been complete and I’ve only found one nail and, if I’m not mistaken, it washed out of the downspout after a hard rain. When you think about it, one nail out of 3,000 is pretty darned amazing. I highly recommend this company. Great job guys!!!

Words can not describe how incredibly impressed and grateful I am for Dusty Brock and Red top roofing! I had an emergency roof repair that had to be done ASAP! With all the storms and rain we have been having, I was incredibly worried that the storms would cause further damage to the inside. I called Dusty and expressed my concerns and he reassured me that he and his team would take care of everything. He had his guys out the next day and they did an amazing job!The team was not only able to get the repair in on time, but they were also able to match the shingles up perfectly! We needed our roof replaced and got in touch with Erik from Red Top Roofing. This was the best decision my wife and I have made for our house. The whole process was easy and there was never any pressure to sign any paperwork before Erik sat down with us and explained everything we needed to know. This even included going up in the attic and walking the property to look at all parts of the roof and explain how the job would go. On the day the roof was replaced all the workers were on time and very helpful. They took the old roof off and took the time to share all steps of the job and when complete the property was cleaned like they were never here. Great Company!!!!!

Great company! Marcus came out and fixed a leak I had with my roof and did a fantastic job. Haven’t had any problems since!

They were very friendly and responsive (almost pushy), especially when they were trying to get my business. They showed up on time and as promised, and worked quickly to complete the major part of a quality roof job. However, when the crew left, there was debris (waste scraps and nails) that they did not clean up for at least two weeks after.They did come back and fix the mess, but I should not have had to ask. I felt especially annoyed since they started pressing for final payment before clean up was complete. What's worse, I found out later their pricing was very inflated because they dealt directly with the insurance company. 5 stars for quality roof work - 2 stars for over all service.

I had some painting and minor repair work done on my home in 2017. The work was done well and timely. I later notice there were a few items that were overlooked. Red Top Roofing honored their contract and came out and made all of the repairs without any additional charges.

Overall, I was pleased with the service Red Top Roofing provided and was impressed and appreciative of the manner in which they handled having to make a second trip to complete the overlooked items. They are honest people who standby their work. I would use them again and would recommend them.

Red Top Roofing is very professional and makes you feel comfortable. They explain what is needed and provide solutions. I would recommend them for all of my roofing needs or concerns. They answer questions that don’t necessarily need a quick solution. They give you options.

Edit : While still under warranty, I developed another leak. I was told the HVAC pipe exhaust needed to be repaired, but they could seal it and it would last another 2-3 years. It has been leaking since a month after the roof was installed, but there was never any mention of a bad pipe until now. I have sent multiple messages and no response to getting to leak patched or the name of the company they recommend. I was told initially that someone would be out to seal it, that was in May 2021 and now in October 2021 it’s still leaking.

The crew did a great job replacing my roof. Thr projected was completed tomely and all the debris cleaned up. I would recomend Red Rop Roofing.

Great experience all the way around. We were dealing with hurricane damage and the Red Top team was outstanding in every way. Responsive, professional and got it done quickly. The quality of the work was outstanding.
