After several large trees fell on our home last November, causing significant structural damage, we were overwhelmed by the scope of the repairs needed. Initially, we thought hiring a general contractor and coordinating multiple subcontractors would be necessary. However, Red Rock Roofing turned what could have been a daunting process into a seamless experience by handling everything from start to finish!

Their team repaired the damaged trusses, eves, and corbels, installed new vents and flashing, replaced all the plywood, skylights, and added drip edges, new gutters, siding, and even did the painting—all with incredible efficiency. The fact that they tackled such a wide range of tasks with skill and precision is a testament to their expertise and versatility. And the new roof looks beautiful.

What truly sets Red Rock Roofing apart is their personable approach. They are friendly, easy to communicate with, and willing to take on any challenge. Their professionalism and dedication made us feel confident in their work every step of the way. They even gave us the initial bid within a few hours (instead of days like the other contractors we interviewed.) And the response time from them is lightning fast.

The pricing was also very reasonable—another pleasant surprise given the extensive scope of the project. To top it all off, they began the work within a week of signing the contract and completed everything in just five days! It was remarkable to see such a large-scale repair completed so quickly and flawlessly.

We had Red Rock handle a repair at one of the properties we manage. While the initial work seemed fine, the issue has unfortunately recurred. We reached out to Red Rock two weeks ago, as we believe this repair should be covered under their warranty. However, we have yet to receive a resolution.

Timely follow-ups and honoring warranties are essential in the property management industry, and we hope Red Rock addresses this matter soon to ensure customer satisfaction.
