Recommended Reviews
RRR came out for a roof inspection at my request in order to update my ventilation. The roof was in pretty bad shape and really needed to be completely replaced. Mark came out and by no means tried to sell a roof replacement, but after investigating the options and long term investment I decided to proceed with a full roof replacement. Andrew and his team did a fantastic job and the home really looks new - plus we finally have adequate ventilation. I highly recommend.
Visibly terrible job from the street. Briefly rained last night not a few weeks since they finished and there are handfuls of nails in the gutter. Invoice amount was also higher than the discussed amount. Do not use this company, and if you have to read the contract very carefully and nail down iffy parts.
Soffit Vent Installation
Everything changed as soon as I signed a contract with Red River Roofing:
They failed to initiate any communication with me regarding my installation date.
They called from an unrecognizable phone number (when I couldn't answer the phone at work) &left a voice-mail ON THE INSTALLATION DATE that they were at my house and beginning work; again, they ceased initiating ALL communication when I signed the contract.
I called the phone number when I had a chance to break away from my work only to hear that they were 5 minutes away from completion IF I would like to come see the work; I couldn't leave the assigned work area in a company vehicle on company time without getting into trouble.
They failed to communicate all of the details of the installation; "well, that's just they way that we have always done it" (when confronted).
They failed to clean up all of the hardware dropped into the grass during the installation. Lawn mowers pick those things up and send them through neighbors windows; UGLY.
The product...looks really nice.
How well does it work? Way too early to know right now but I will definitely update this review as the numbers come in. So, three star...for now.
Needless to say that this is one company that definitely doesn't have very many, if any, of the 1940's values, standards, ethics, etc...that your grandparent's talked about.
