We live in an old house built in 1935. Dan fixed our chimney which had collapsed during the earthquake. He was able to complete the job in one day where it would have taken my husband two weeks to do it. It wasn’t an easy job but Dan did it with expertise and professionalism. He is an honest man. We are very satisfied and happy with the work Dan did and will definitely use him again.

Dan of Realty Repair has been our repair man for almost four years. He provides excellent service and workmanship. We have used him for many, many projects. A few of these are he repaired our boiler when we where having heating problems, fixed the garage door when it would not open and my car was stuck inside of it, he has installed both interior and exterior lighting, smoke detectors and replaced the batteries for us. He has hung wall decor both inside and on the outside of our house, replaced rotten wood on the front and deck steps, and built a handicapped ramp for my husband in the garage. He even helped me put the Christmas tree up since it was too heavy for me to handle along with many other various projects. The above are just to name a few.
