Worst palace in my whole career. I was here to pick up 8:00am and checked in. Now time 3:55pm. Still not loading and nobody doesn’t know to load and also I couldn’t find who is leading and who is supervisor!!!!
Don’t waste your time here.

I had my cover for a few years, and I loved it! It work’s fantastic and it was just what I wanted. A huge wind storm caused my cover to fail, I called their customer service and talked to Jamie. She was very friendly and she made the warranty process so simple. I took a few photos and emailed her what happened and within a week replacement parts were shipped to me. Can’t say enough about this service.

In and out in 20 min. Very light weight load and professional who working hard and load you in a timely manner

Attention CDL Truck Drivers: Picking up here for me was straight forward and simple. Go inside to check in with shipper, or shipper will come out to your truck to check you in. Dock to your assigned door, if the lot is clear there is plenty of room to do your backing. After unloading shipper will bring the BOL's to you so you can sign them. Than pull forward so the shipper can seal your trailer and you'll be good to go. It'd be a good idea to secure your load with straps/load bar before the seal goes on. Overall I had no issues here. The staff was easy to work with and loading only took 1 hour. And I was lucky they called my broker and said I can arrive early If I wanted to because they had my load ready 3 hours B4 my appointment.

Had my cover for 2.5 years. Had an issue, called Melissa regarding my problem. 1 email, 2 pictures And my receipt and new cover is being shipped today. Customer service is a lost art and Melissa made me a customer for life!

Terrible customer service. No communication from them, I called them after my product was supposed to have been shipped only to be told they are waiting for parts. When I asked to cancel the order, they cancelled without trying to come up with any solution, the customer rep kept talking over, they could not have cared any less and it's a shame because everyone recommended their product.

I have to say that support and warranty is amazing! I have thoroughly enjoyed my sentry truck cover but when it had a little issue after a couple years the customer service was incredible! They responded quickly and took great care of me! I will continue to purchase from truxedo with confidence

My experience with the receiving dept is as follows; Got a rate con to come in at 10:00 AM, the original appmnt was for 7:00AM but it was changed. Got to the office door at 9:10 AM. I was met by some angry worker who called himself the supervisor, Who barked at me " a little late aren't you?”i said what do you mean? I'mEarly, I responded. He said, ”you were supposed to be here at 7” I said to him that appmnt was changed. He blurted out in a un leasant Tone; " yeah when? Today?" So I went back to my truck and parked at the door he told me to,, then a women came out and told me I was at the wrong door. So I moved the truck and went back to Me big bad supervisor and showed him the rate con with the 10AM appmnt time that I received the prior day. And I let him know about my displeasure in his unprofessional behavior. He tried to backtrack and give me excuses but I walked away because there is no excuse for the treatment he gave me.i won't deliver for them again

I ordered a truck bed cover for my husband for Christmas. He’s been wanting one for a while so I did my research and decided to order straight from the source (12/15). Their website said the product would be shipped in 10 days. I knew with the holidays it may take a little longer. Tasha emailed me to let me know it would ship on 12/31. Well 1/4 came along and I hadn’t heard anything. So I emailed and called. Then I was told it would ship on 1/5. So I waited, then emailed, then called. And was told it would be another week or longer?!? The lady on the phone was Kelly. No remorse, terrible customer service and told me I should have gone somewhere else because they are behind...? That’s just poor business especially with the money that’s spent on these products. I canceled my order after 3 weeks or poor communication and lack or urgency. Just disappointed, was really looking forward to my Husband’s reaction but it’s back to square one.

This business really takes care of their customers. After 9 years of great service out of my TruXedo bed cover my latch was worn out. Hoping they would sell me the part I called and after telling them that I was the original owner, they said yes they had the part and would send it to me - no charge - as a courtesy. So nice to see a business run this way!!!

I had a Truxedo tonneau cover installed at a place called All Sports Truckin' America. You can check out my review over there to see how they botched the installation. However, the nice part was how Truxedo handled it. They did everything they could to make it right, and they won me over because of it. If I ever need another tonneau cover, I will buy the same one again (just from a different dealer). I say that not only because of the customer service, but also because of how happy I am with the product. I've had it for almost 5 years now and in that time I've abused the heck out of it. Honestly, I feel like it should have broken by now, but it still works perfectly, and looks almost brand new!
