After getting 3 bids I hired Realm to replace my roof on Monday and (thanks to someone else canceling their roof install last minute) my new roof was installed by Friday!

This team has been remarkable! From a simple exterior paint that turned into termite issues, siding and infrastructure fixes and replacements, weather sealing, additional unplanned painting, flashing replacement and more. They went above and beyond.
They are extremely professional. Cleaned up after every step, made sure we moved our cars, patient with our in and out foot traffic with the baby.

We desperately needed to get our house painted and after being ghosted and receiving overpriced quotes from other painters, we found this company. It was a breath of fresh air. We have grey vinyl siding that they pressure washed for us and painted everything else (we had a lot of things to paint and it was mostly by hand due to our siding not being painted). Our house is once again beautiful and protected from the elements and pesky paper wasps. I cannot thank this company enough and will definitely be using them in the future. I highly recommend using Realm Roofing, they have the best team out there.

I got an estimate on a Friday and they started work Monday morning. By Tuesday afternoon, I have a new roof. Dennis even replaced all my skylights and vents. Dennis and his team did a great job repairing an addition to our roof that never had flashing installed. They repaired the damaged sheeting and installed flashing. I would highly recommend Realm Roofing and their price is great.

They responded quickly and we're able to get the job done within a couple of days. Considering how slow other contractors are, I found this to be a minor miracle. And they did a great job repairing my roof and gutter system for a reasonable price, and were able to shore up some issues from previous contractors. I felt like they did a really good job and would happily use them again.

I had a client that had cracked tiles on her roof that got called out during an appraisal and we were asked to do a complete replacement. The client opted for a shingle roof, so Dennis installed all the plywood (none was there) and a new 30 year shingles roof - clients very happy
3) roof replacement - Seattle, WA
Another client with an old roof and damage from a very wooded area, had her roof completely replaced. There were issues with the gutters too, so he brought a partner specializing in gutters to replace those too, and left my client very happy.

In summary, they were always very professional, did the work as discussed (no time delays) and no hidden costs, so I will absolutely continue referring them to my clients. Thank you!
