From start to finish Real Roofing Co. has been a pleasure to deal with. They handled every aspect of the job so well with no surprises making the whole experience very stress free for me. From early morning to sundown the four person crew worked steadily and professionally in humid 80 to 90 degree temperatures. The landscaping and lawn were well protected. The site was spotless before day's end each day. I was so very impressed with the care taken by the crew to do a good job. They custom formed the metal trim on site.
This wss a complicated residential job on a 125 year old house needing a variety of materials and special expertise with each. Two flat roofs, shingle porch roofs, custom metal trim, gutters & downspouts, removing and rebuilding a roof edge, working with three crumbling brick chimneys, removing one small one no longer in use and replacing some rotting decking. We had one of the flat roofs completely tarped after a recent windstorm severely damaged it so we were also looking for a company that could start fairly quickly. Real Roofing Co. was recommended by one of my fellow realtors. I will surely be using them again on other properties.

Really explained products so we could choose. Up front with timeline. Checked on you to have open communication. Crew worked well together. Final product was very nice. Came to do final inspection to be sure we were happy and satisfied. Worked together to complete some challenges with our house and made it perfect. We got four bids for our roof. REAL Roofing gave the best information to help us get the roof that was right for us. They took the time to make sure you were satisfied. They cared.

I could not recommend Real Roofing and Michael more highly. Michael showed himself to be thoughtful, engaged, professional and a perfectionist from the day he gave us a bid to the full completion of the project. He clearly wants jobs to be done well and customers to be satisfied. There were a few very minor issues that I wanted to have addressed after the project was completed and he dealt with them personally and immediately. He is always responsive and was great to work with. I would give more than a 5 star rating if I was able.

I was very impressed from start to finish. The quote to have my mother in law's roof done came in 10% lower than anticipated. Upon completion, the roofers did a thorough inspection of cleaning up old nails and roofing materials all around the property.

Repair was needed to loose shingles around vent stack on a roof only five years old. I searched for local roofers and first two turned down the job by phone as were only interested in total replacements. Real Roofing Company promptly returned call and scheduled an appointment for estimate. Owner, Michael, inspected the area and determined shingles not properly installed. (Installed by big box company who only covers repairs /defects for a year). Options explained and repair scheduled.

Real Roofing installed a new comercial grade TPO roof on our back roof a couole weeks ago, and I am beyond impressed. The quality of their workmanship is top notch. Michael's crew was very friendly and knowledgable about the work they were doing, and were more than happy to answer my questions. I love how quiet the new roof is, and being that it's white it cuts down on heat transfer on these 90 degree days. I highly recommend these guys for your roofing need!

Our experience with Real Roofing has been great! Our roof was damaged by a tree on the weekend. Real Roofing called me back the same day and were out inspecting the damage the following day. They were very thorough with their inspection, even checking things that other companies did not. They offered a temporary solution to keep rain out of our attic and were able to take care of that earlier than anticipated to ease my anxiety! They’ve been great during a very stressful time!
