Phillip Read did an AMAZING job on my kitchen floor. I was MORE THAN IMPRESSED with the quality of work he managed to accomplish despite the challenges I gave him. He completed it in one day. I absolutely recommend him and his team and look forward to having him do more work for me.

Working with Phillip at Read's was great. They were very responsive to our inquiry for some deck work, and scheduled an estimate very quickly. They explained everything well so we felt comfortable with the proposed work. Stand-up company that doesn't take their customers for granted, they even lowered the cost of the job after the fact because they didn't have to put a couple structural supports in. I engaged Read’s to repair, mud and paint some interior dry wall and water damage. He also fixed caulked some exterior leaks that were causing the interior damage. Phil got up to look at my mountain unit very quickly after I talked to him, did a thorough assessment and got to work the following week. His work was fantastic and professional. Phillip helped replace two damaged siding pieces on my house after they were damaged with a piece of machinery. He was able to match the size of the siding which was great because of the dimensions and age of the siding. He was also able to match the paint, and tidied up the site. Will definitely be using him and his company again in the future!

I had a client needing emergency help with her basement due to a cracked water pipe. We found out in the afternoon and Phil was there super quickly! He did great work and really put the client’s mind at ease. She still thanks me each time I see her, for sending him her way!

I have been working with Phillip on replacing my existing deck (15 years old) with a complete new one! His crew is building me a roof over a portion of the deck that previously was open, new supports, new trex, installing a custom Nat Gas fireplace, staining, building stone pillars, etc... Very professional, very particular with his work, explains all in detail, helping in the design phase, and most importantly - just a Great person!!!

Phillip, did a fantastic job repairing my fence. There were several posts and slats that needed to be replaced. He suggested power washing and staining. I had no idea my fence could look so good! He does quality work at an affordable price. He shows up when he says he will and responds quickly when I reach out to him. He went above and beyond doing extras for me including cutting circular snoop holes for my dog at no charge! I have and will continue to recommend him.

Phillip removed a barge elevated deck that had the support posts poured into the lower deck concrete. He cleverly cut the post off at ground level and added an adjustable plate to stop the deck from pulling away from the house and keep it level. They then removed all of the 2x10 boards and replaced and reused our trex decking. His crew was polite and his ethics are exceptional.

Phillip and his crew are very thorough with their work. He is fair priced and amazing to work with. He looks at every aspect and angle and makes sure you know exactly the work that is being done from the beginning. I have referred him to several others and continue to see the amazing work he has done at other businesses and residents. Plus side is that he is small business and a veteran which we should all fully support! I plan to use Read’s Restoration and Repair’s services for years to come.

Phillip responded very quickly to my initial request for info and got my roof/attic ventilation project scheduled within just two days of our first meeting to discuss the project (which was very important to me as I was selling my house and on a tight schedule). He and his partner finished very quickly and did excellent work. The invoice amount was exactly the same as what Phillip had originally quoted me, which rarely happens with home projects. Phillip is honest, trustworthy, professional, and very friendly and polite. I wouldn’t hesitate to call him again or to recommend his company to others.

Phillip and his company are great to work with. They have completed numerous heating and air calls, fence replacement projects and roofing repairs. He is great at updating me on anything that may come up on projects before they arise so surprises are rare. I trust Read's Roofing & Repair with most of my job needs as they come up and they are very quick to respond, honest, and reasonably priced!

I contacted Phillip for a quote on an install for a metal roof, he came out gave us an estimate that we couldn't pass up. Him and his crew came and installed and couldnt be more pleased, they went above and beyond. Phillip is our go to guy for roofs, and any repair job we have needed and might need in the future. He's a great guy and a company you should hire, he does a lot of good stuff for the community and veterans!

Phillip is great! His bid and estimates were all realistic, and turned out to be pretty accurate, he was conscientious of and accommodating to my schedule, and he was communicative through every step of the project, which made me feel very comfortable that I knew where we were on time, price, materials, etc. I highly recommend Phillip. His work is excellent, his work ethic is wonderful, and he's very professional.

Phillip has done multiple jobs for us all with great satisfaction. He first created a custom kitchen island with wine barrels that he picked up for us, he then stained our fence while we were gone, he has replaced our hot water heater, and has serviced our air conditioner. He is always on time, very professional, and everything was at a reasonable price. We would recommend him to anyone anytime!

Terrible job with my soffit and trim. they use the cheapest quality of plywood and charge 600% the cost and left me with filling knot holes and caulking. And they need to learn how to caulk, what a sorry mess. Never hire this guy (Phil) . Plus the estimate was wrong and ended up doing a lot more work ourselves which turned out nicer than their work because I used better wood and know how to caulk.

Read's Roofing & Repair did a great job with our new roof. Philip and his wife were a pleasure to work with. I would highly recommend this company.
