Bill and Ron went out of there way to ensure I got the right roof.and installed it beautifully, crew was great and cleaned up everything.

These guys do a fantastic job. Easy consultation and they work very well with various insurance agencies. 10 out of 10 recommend.

Ron and his team have been working tirelessly for over a year on my hail claim. They handled majority of the insurance nonsense for me and my new roof was installed under 24 hours. Due to Winter, fixing the dwelling was paused but has resumed and insurance has not made it easy. Ron has fought for me when others would have walked away. He is diligent and a man of his word. I've made a friend through this grueling process and even through the hoops insurance has made us jump through Ron has made the entire process painless. I'll update with pictures and info when the trap house looks more like a castle after Ron waves his wand over it...

This company is amazing they try to save you money by working with your insurance company and they really fight for you they do great work and look out for the little people I never thought I could get a roof and Bill made it happen I am so thankful for this company

Nailed it! From start to finish Five Star has been amazing to work with! We had storm damage and they came right out to temporarily fix the roof while we waited on our insurance company! Ron & Bill were both very knowledgeable and they were available throughout the entire process from start to finish! The crew got our entire roof done in one day and did a very professional job! 5 Star owner, Bill and his staff of roof workers, re-roofed our 28- year old roof in August, 2017, and it still looks brand new. My husband, Victor, personally watched the tear down and re-roofing from start to finish and was impressed and amazed at their precision and dedication to quality workmanship throughout the time coordinated process. The city inspector had no problem signing off on the work. We highly recommend 5 Star roofing!

Ron and his team at 5 Star recently re-roofed our church building (Faith Christian Family Church in Lapeer, MI) along with two outbuildings - our pavilion and garage. The main roof had sustained hail damage, and Ron was very diligent in working with our insurance company on this very large project. Throughout the experience we found 5 Star to be professional and courteous. They went above and beyond to get all of the roofs done on-time and even worked late on a Saturday to have our pavilion ready for our annual harvest party. It's obvious from the way the roofs turned out that these guys know what their doing. The roofs really look great, and we trust they will last for a long time.

From the minute I met him, Ron was friendly yet professional, well-spoken and knowledgeable and concerned that we understood the particulars of the job and were satisfied. Ron knocked on my door one afternoon and I normally say no thank you to sales people and move them along. However, he was professional and was very personable. I was hesitate of a cold call as everyone is, however they did an amazing job, quick, on-time, and communication was excellent. If 5 Star knocks on your door and you need a new roof, hire them on the spot. You wont be disappointed.

I am ecstatic about the job the crew did today on my new roof! My house looks amazing! Bill was very at tentative at getting back with me on any questions regarding my wind damaged roof and all the options regarding upgrades. The roofing crew did a perfect job including the way they took the time to replace some questionable plywood and the way they cleaned up!

5 Star did a great job of putting on the new roof. They had a 4 man crew at the house bright and early at 8am and got it all done in one day! They made sure everything was done right and cleaned everything up when they were done. If you need a new roof and want it done professionally call 5 Star.

We had storm damage to our roof, gutters and siding. Bill and Ron took care of all leg work with the insurance company. They were very knowledgeable with the process and the products they use. Both were great to work with during the color selection process, they had a lot of input as to which colors work best together. Their crews were all top notch and very professional. They came out and inspected my roof for free and found hail and wind damage. Bill and Ron both helped battle my insurance company and got the the whole roof covered. Im more then pleased with the workmanship and customer service. Definitely would recommend.
