Four Seasons Kanga Roof

Mason and Shane were great, ended up needing a roof replacement and they had very logical reasoning (and pictures) to support their decision. Sold by their professionallism, I'm sure the work will be great as well!

Update: The work and communciation from them has been fantastic on my roof replacement. I worked with Dylan (prod manager), Luis (crew leader), and Deanna (customer care), they took care of any questions and concerns I had quickly and efficiently. Would definitely use them again in the future for a new house!

Dom was awesome to work with! He did a thorough inspection of my roof, explained to me all the steps, and also came up with a financial plan that worked for me. I would recommend him to any of my friends and family.

I'm very disappointed in the lack of communication this company has had with me and my husband. We chose to go through this company to get our roof inspected and chimney repaired due to the great reviews we saw. But the service we received unfortunately doesn't reflect the positive reviews we saw that made us choose this company. When signing up for the repairs needed on our chimney and fascia replacement we were told that we would be contacted if anything needed to be changed or rescheduled for our upcoming service appointment due to weather or running behind. Not ONCE did that ever happen. We never received a call notifying us of the masonry running behind schedule on day one. I had to call and ask what was going on and why he hadn't been to our house yet. I was told he was running behind and that he would would be out soon to start. That was fine, but then when he came out he was only able to inspect what needed to be done and had to leave. Told us he would be at our house early next morning around 8 or 9 am to do said service. The next day it was almost 12 pm and my husband had to call the company to find out what was going on. We were told they couldn't do the service that day because they couldn't get the bricks they needed. (Shouldn't he had already had the supplies needed if we were told he was going to do the service the previous day??)
We then went through the same issue where we had to call to figure out when the service was going to be done because he didn't show up due to weather the following week. The service finally got done later in the week and we finally had our chimney repaired. OR SO WE THOUGHT. I got a call this morning from deanna telling me there was a mix up in communication and the masonry guy didn't repair the top of our chimney like he was supposed to because because they failed to mention to him that was something else needing done on the chimney!! He came out quickly and did it. That's the only positive thing I can say about that. But I am completely in shock with how unprofessional this company has been towards us and how HORRIBLE the communication has been. We now have to pay for the services that were FINALLY done and it has me feeling extremely bitter knowing we have to pay this company that did nothing but give us the run around and not provide the quality we were promised. I don't recommend this company to anyone needing chimney or other roof repair work done and will not be going through them in the future.

I feel like i am left with zero option other than to leave a public review, due to the fact this company refuses to comply with my request to remove me from their call list. I have verbally requested they discontinue to call me as well as via email. I began receiving calls from this company back in April, to which i told them they must have the wrong number, because i never reached out seeking their services. 2-3 more calls later, i firmly said i am not interested in their services and i never reached out to them, therefore i do not need to be contacted further. After multiple calls and voicemails later, i blocked their number. To this day, I am still receiving voicemails, even as recently as Tuesday, 7/8/25. I could provide multiple screenshots of missed calls and voicemails from this company. I didn’t want to resort to leaving a public review but I feel my requests via email & prior verbal requests are being ignored so therefore i am not sure what more to do. Kanga Roof, please remove me from your call list. I am not in need of a roof.

Respectful, timely, and clean. Would recommend to anyone who needs work done from minor repairs to full blown roof replacement. I can sleep soundly knowing my roof has been taken care of.

OUTSTANDING SERVICE!!!

During the recent storms a trampoline had blown across the neighborhood and got lodged up on my sun room. How that happened? Who knows... I am a stressed out, single Mom and I have been riddled with anxiety.. My luck may have changed when I had the fortune of meeting Big Tony!! I saw his Kanga Roof truck and had to ask for assistance. He didn't have a ladder on his truck but is such a kind hearted soul that he went home to get one, and 20 minutes later he was on my roof saving the day!! This world needs more men like Big Tony! KANGA ROOF, YOU HAVE EARNED A CUSTOMER FOR LIFE!!!

Andy Mahaffey came out to our church and explained the company and the process of putting on a new roof. The building manager and I were very impressed with the company. It took two days for a thorough inspection and we are waiting for the final report.

There are a lot of roofers out there advertising all these deals and services. It's hard to figure out who to go with. Thankfully my neighbor had used Kanga and had a good experience.

We were very happy with the entire experience. They came out and inspected the damage, and found more on the dormers I had not seen. The quote was very reasonable and they explained everything that would be done.

When they did the work they came on time, were quite nice, and got the job done. They fixed the roofline and the wood and trim of the dormers.

I will not use anyone else for roofing issues, and would tell anyone that asked to use them. I'm not normally that absolute about something, but I've worked with enough contractors of various kinds to know a good one

I contacted the Inside/Outside Guys to get a roofing company reference for repair of a flat roof chimney and for poor repairs from a previous "roofing company" that only did the re-shingling of our roof last summer. The Guys recommended that I contact Four Seasons Kanga Roof. The Kanga crew did a great job on complex roof repairs and a new flat roof for the chimney area, (including; T1-11 siding, new flashing, cutting in 75 feet of roof venting, unique cap for exhaust pipes and re-shingling). The Kanga crew was professional, on-time, on-schedule and worked hard. I am glad that I found these guys and will contact them in the future.

Nyle came out in the rain and took care of the gutter issue. He provided pictures and explain how the issue was resolved. Im.very happy. He even had this special tool to get to the hard to reach location on the gutter. That tool should be standard on every truck! Thanks Nyle for the quick and courteous service!

Both Shane and Nyle were super nice and and respectful and did a great job on my roof/chimney. The only complaint I have is that a black tarp (?) they were using was left on the lawn for a while, which caused the grass to start to turn brown.

We had winter roof damage and called KangaRoof because they had done other repairs for us. This time Kevin & Shane came out to inspect and we needed a new roof! Next step, Mason came out and verified everything with pictures, wrote up the contract and we were good to go! Roof materials were dropped off and Matt & his crew did a fantasic job … however, couple hiccups at the end. Our back canvas awning got a nice hole in it and the bathroom venting was incomplete! Was I worried about these issues … yes! However, no need to be! Dylan (Head of Production) came out … within 3 days we had the bathroom venting complete (thank you Dave) and KangaRoof took responsibility for our awning and it is getting replaced!! KangaRoof has an extremely friendly and knowledgeable crew! Our expectations were met and exceeded by the whole KangaRoof team. Thank you!!!

I chose kangaroof to do my roof after I got three estimates. Charlie, the sales person was amazing. He explained everything and patiently answered my questions. The office contacted me repeatedly to see if I had any questions. Or concerns and to go over everything again. The communication was amazing. They let me know what was going on at every step. The crew that came out was also amazing. They patiently answered my questions and also let me know what was going on. The next day, another gentleman came and did a last sweep. They helped me put everything back together outside. They did several follow up calls to make sure everything was good and if I had any questions.

The first time they came out because I had leaking skylights in my sunroom I had the 3 skylights removed and they filled the missing skylights holes and covered the roof. All was good.
Second time
Then I start getting leaks again, which I thought was coming from the skylights quite a few guys came out and looked at the situation. They did water testing, and the situation and it turned out a wood connecting to my sunroom on my house was rotted and had to be replaced.
This time I had the pleasure of working with John Johnson, the project manager and carpenter. Another great guy.
It was winter And the crew Kanga came out and got the job done freezing cold snow on the ground stayed till after 5:30 and it was already getting dark out to finish the job which was beautifully done.
John, the project manager stayed the whole time.
Of course, I wasn’t going out in that cold looking over their shoulders.
They did come back when the snow was gone and we had a few nice days To look for nails and pick up anything that was left behind.
But what I like about this company is all of their people are so nice and polite.
They don’t come over with raggedy jeans and a T-shirt. They have a company uniforms and drive company vehicles.
Very professional.

I had used Kanga a few years back and had a good experience with them. This time it started out a bit different with some missed appointments. Alec Fell worked hard with me to solve the issues. After thinking everything was solved, we ran into some miscommunications. But to Kangas credit these were worked out. They sent Armando Marra to the rescue. Armando and his helper solved the issues. They worked well together and with me to solve the unique issues of my gutter. I would recommend them. I would also recommend you ask for Armando Marra. He is easy to talk with works hard and knows his business. This was a commercial roof and gutter. They turned out beautiful.

Cody and Toby explained everything clearly, answered all my questions with professional and knowledgeable answers, were very polite and did a great cleanup after finishing. I will use this company for any future repairs and replacement needs in the future.
