We recently used RContracting Services for several projects in our home including interior painting, LVP flooring and granite kitchen countertops. We are very pleased with the work they did. We dealt directly with the owner of the company as we planned our projects. Her project crews were top notch. They did high quality work and finished much more quickly than we expected. They are true professionals, easy to work with and genuinely nice people. I highly recommend RContracting Services!

They did an incredible job of putting up my new deck with a cover all in a week. I had a few requests and Renee made sure the crew took care of anything I asked for. My original deck was not up to code when I bought my 70s house. It is now! I'm so happy with my new deck and I'm also having them install a new gas cooktop and update my electrical.

Last year, we had met Renee while at Lowe's & she'd given us her card which I felt strongly I should hang on to. Recently, our years-old composite deck off the second floor of our home was starting to sag & seem very dangerous. I contacted Renee & the next day she & Sam came to view & evaluate the situation to see if it could be fixed. Sam immediately knew exactly what was needed & took us through what could be done & materials would be needed.

The following week, Renee contacted me with the proposal which was reasonable & the foreman & assistant come a few days later at the time we'd been given, with all tools & materials needed for the job. They worked steadily & efficiently, and when done, cleaned up the site & took away all trash.

The deck has new supports, with extended screws & bolts securing things, which had not been done by the original builders.

We are very satisfied with the job done & quality of the work.

Great work by R Contracting. Very helpful in the planning stage. Finished on time and on budget. I would definitely use them again. Renee was very professional and had some great ideas to make my home look awesome.

Was looking for a Professional Remodeling Company to do my various home projects.
My neighbor had used R Contracting Services and recommended them.
I met with the owner Renee to discuss my projects and after getting her competitive quote, we began.
The process was seamless and I thoroughly love my new flooring, new interior/exterior painting and they are currently working on a gorgeous new sunroom that she helped me design free of charge.

I learned a very hard lesson working with this company. Never work with a contractor who is unwilling to pull permits. I hired R Contracting services based on the recommendation of a neighbor whom they did renovations for in the past. My project was to build a roof over my patio. When signing the contract, Renee was unwilling to pull a permit for the contract for the project, even though the roof was an addition to the house. I secured a permit under my name and thank God I did. The framing failed inspection due to no rafter straps, posts not being properly bolted and a post being cut differently than the other two without being properly secured. After they corrected those issues, they attempted to use water-damaged molded wood for the ceiling of the roof. When I told them it was unacceptable, their initial response was that they would “clean it” and put mold-resistant primer on the wood. I held firm because my son has Asthma. They eventually replaced the wood on the ceiling. The final straw was when they were finishing up and I had to notify them that a moved downspout was pointed towards a window. A two-week quoted project, ended up taking four. They were more concerned about getting paid than doing quality work or doing the project right the first time. -I would not recommend them to anyone.

Renee and her team did amazing work at my house! They were detailed, affordable, and timely. I really liked the way Renee would give me her personal opinion when I would ask. Below are the projects that were done:

1. Privacy fence installed and stained on both sides
2. Stairwell carpet removed and wood stained
3. Interior paint throughout
4. Refurbished kitchen cabinets
5. Installed granite throughout kitchen and new sink fixture
6. Installed new electrical line in kitchen
7. Replaced flooring with new LVP - LOVE THIS!

Optimal Customer Service- I was in the process of seeking restoration work. Basically, had a minor flood under my sink and as result I need flooring and cabinet work. When I called R Contracting Service, I spoke with the owner Renee. She was professional and very friendly. At the time she was driving and asked to call me back. She called back within the timeframe promised and explained her services. I also explained my needs. Although, her company could not meet my needs, she offered alternate ways and was extremely apologetic. Her company has a concentration in large projects, commercial, etc. Why I am writing this review is I have contacted several companies to obtain their services and R Contracting has been the most responsive. I'm big on customer service. I'm looking forward to utilizing their services in the future if/when the need arises.

We recently engaged R Contracting Services to build a Gazebo for our home. We are extremely satisfied with our choice of contractors. We presented multiple options for them to choose from in order to meet our budget. They are professional and very patient, as together, we continued to change and tweak the plans until we were completely satisfied with the layout and design of our new Gazebo. We continued to add other small services to the overall order such as installing a Bidet in both bathrooms. We never felt uncomfortable trusting them with our property. Each employee treated our home as his own. The people they employ were trustworthy and respectful at all times. As our project progressed we came to look at this company’s staff as our “temporary family”. They were very accommodating and easy to work with. I highly recommend R Contracting Services – they are outstanding.

I thought I did my research, and I thought I picked the right company to the do the job, but I was wrong. I read the reviews , but I didn't pay attention to how old the reviews were...lol. However, I needed work done after a pipe burst renovated pretty much entire downstairs Renee at the beginning was very attentive, professional and courteous she made me feel like I was priority she answered every call, but once the work was completed I found a few things that were not up to par and she was attentive and worked to get it fixed, but as I found other small things that were not up to par Renee started dodging me and slow to returning my calls to not returning them at all she has told me they will come and fix the problems when they are back on this side of town, but I don't know when that will be this has been going on since December 2018 I have one year warranty for the job maybe these things will get fixed before December of this year. I think they did a beautiful job, but now that things are paid for I don't get that same treatment from Renee. I just need these things completed and we finish the paperwork. I did my part I paid for the services, but what has happened to the services promised? I would have referred anyone to Renee, but not anymore and please make sure to check how long a review was made before using a company. Thanks for listening this is just so frustrating!!!!

They came in a redid our basement after a pipe burst. They did a great job making everything look new and was fast and efficient. Their number one concern was our satisfaction. Definitely would recommend Renee and her team.

Renee's crew did exceptional jobs on our deck, kitchen cabinets and bathrooms. We called them because we were preparing our house to be put on the market, so you can imagine how perfect everything had to be. I appreciate their attention to detail. This is a quality company that produces top quality work!

While the person I spoke with was nice, it seems they are only interested in big jobs. My granite and sink are separating and I was looking to have it repaired/replaced. I have been told that the counter might need to be replaced so I really need estimates and I'm also interested in building a relationship with a dependable company for other upgrades in my home. Initially I was asked could I contact the person that installed the counter. I told her I've been in my home 7 years and I'm not able to get in contact with the builder to see what company they used. She then asked for my contact information because she said she would talk with her foreman. I gave her my information with the exception of my address. I wanted to know if someone was coming out before I gave my address. At that time she told me maybe I should google and find a handyman in my city to do the work. I told her thank you anyway and ended the call. My first question to her was "do you all repair and replace granite counters and kitchen sinks" she said yes. Only to decided the job was too small for their company and it was handyman work. Unprofessional. And I have called companies that could not offer me services, but they made it clear in the beginning that they only do big projects, such as kitchen remodels.

So wonderful to work with. Renee and Sam make a great team and completely transformed our home. Their communication was amazing and at then end there was NO sticker shock, we knew how much everything was going to cost and they communicated the timeline and price to perfection. We had them do a couple of different projects and would and will refer them to anyone. Great work! Fast! Clean and polite workers! Thank you guys for such an amazing job. We love our house!

Rcontracting Services is the best!!!!! Very professional and truly cares for each person she works for. I called the owner directly, and liked the fact it was not a big calling center that was out of state. This company is local. The owner was very responsive to my needs and what I was looking for. I wanted an estimate on closing in my patio. I wanted a sunroom with glass. They were very affordable and had great ideas when they came to my house. I was so impressed with the results That I asked to have the interior of my home painted also. I am impressed that this company does it all!!!!! In the summer I want a deck, and I definitely will be calling them back

Rcontracting Services is a professional outstanding company. Renee the owner takes time to evaluate the problem and gives a fair and reasonable price. Most companies do just remodeling, but Rcontracting does more then just that. They do painting, decks, pressure washing, a variety of services. I like the fact they are local and established in the area where I live.
