Long review. High Quality Roofing LLC is amazing. From our experience they are the best roofing contractors in our area. It all started with our project manager Hernan. Great guy understanding and kind. Hernan came to our house around 1-2years ago and askes us if we were interested in a free roof inspection. He was upfront with us letting us know our home insurance company is one of the harder companies that grants approval for full roof replacement. Unfortunately during the time our roof did not have enough damage to warrant a claim.

A year or so later March 2025 Hernan reached out to me. He let me know since a few storms passed by and its time for a new inspection. We had some visible water damage inside and our roof also had damage. Hernan reminded us that our insurance company is one of the harder ones to approve. He made sure we were ok with going through with a claim first since if its denied it could raise the rates/deductible.

Hernan is very understanding he gave me a few days when he could come out to us for the paper signing. He even said he would come out during the weekend if we were too busy on the weekdays. We chose a day and he went over the whole process and we signed the papers and left us with a catalog of the colors available. Took less than 15minutes.

The whole process was so smooth. After signing the papers we waited until Delta Adjusting came out with their adjuster. Delta adjuster is a firm that works with High Quality Roofing to give us a better chance for claim approval and its complimentary! The adjuster came out also a nice guy he went thoroughly through the outside and inside to document all the damage.

Claim was filed and we waited. Then we received an email from our insurance company granting us an approval for a full roof replacement! The check was sent to Delta adjuster then the funds sent to High Quality roofing. After that Hernan set us up for a day to replace the roof.

The whole crew is amazing efficient and experienced. On the day of the replacement the material was unloaded onto our driveway around 6AM(unloader was also courteous and ask us if we had any cars in garage that needed to be moved too) and before 630AM the whole crew came in and promptly begun work. Tarps were placed all around our house to catch all the debris. It only took them around 30 minutes to remove old roof! The crew finished at 12PM same day! Extremely efficient! The estimated time of finish was 2-3PM same day. After finishing they did a great job of cleaning up and left everything as how it was. Yosdiel the supervisor another cool guy waited for me to come home since I wasn't expecting them to finish so quickly. Yosdiel let us around the house to show us and asked if we had any more concerns before he left. I gave him the check for the deductible and that's all. Whole job + cleanup finished in around 6hours and the roof looks amazing. I will brag for High Quality Roofing and say our roof looks better than some of our neighbors that had theirs replaced!

Overall amazing experience and roof looks perfect. Hernan was so communicative through the whole process if something came up he let us know promptly texting me and the whole company and their adjuster were a pleasure to work with. If you need a new roof and want to sit back and do nothing I would highly recommend High Quality Roofing. All we really did was sign papers, adjuster came to inspect, then schedule the replacement after approval. No back and forth with insurance company. We literally just read the email from the insurance company letting us know it was approved. EVERYTHING was done for us behind the scenes. A+++

High Quality Roofing did an outstansing job with my roof repair. After their initial inspection, Allen made the whole process very smooth calling in our damage claim and working with my insurance adjustor to get our roof replaced. They came out in the morning and worked non-stop and finished the same day. These guys definately know what they are doing, and the customer service was A1.

This was by far the most seamless home repair project I've experienced. Alberto was extremely professional throughout the process. He even showed up to observe my insurance company's inspection after HQR's initial inspection. Although the insurance adjuster initially said my claim would be denied, it was approved. The roofing team started working at 6:30 a.m. and were finished by 2:30 p.m. We are very happy to have a beautiful new roof protecting our home and less worries about the elements!

We found High Quality Roofing in January 2024. We found them after our insurance company denied the claim filed to fix our roof. The roof was 20 years old, missing shingles, and caused damage to the ceiling in several rooms of our home. Alberto went out to our home, looked over the claim filed and the damage. The company quickly started working to get the claim approved. Finally, in June 2024, our insurance company approved the project completely and High Quality Roofing quickly got to work on the roof and home repairs. During the work, the crews were on time and had good quality. The roof was replaced in one day. The inside damage was repaired another day. During the projects, Alberto came by before everything was finished to make sure everything was going smoothly. Overall, High Quality Roofing worked to make sure our insurance company did right by us and also did great work.

The experience with High Quality Roofing was really good from start to finish. Our project manager Terri was very responsive to all our text/calls. She handled all the insurance stuff, communicated very well, and was committed to making sure the job was done to our satisfaction. After the work was done had a minor leak around the chimney (this was a problem prior to the roof replacement). The guys came back out, redid that area and fixed the problem. My general concern with roofing companies is that they are being unethical and trying to scam the insurance companies. Not so with High Quality Roofing. They had our insurance inspector/adjuster come out to inspect the roof and they agreed to pay for the replacement. That put my mind at ease. The one negative is the High Quality Roofing inspector (the person who initially comes out and puts tarps on any leaks) didn't put any tarps around the chimney (one of our leaky spots). Days later it rained again and we had a water spot on some new drywall. They sent the inspector out again and I supplied him with 2 tarps, ropes, and bungee cords to wrap the chimney. This should have definitely been done the first time.

Excellent company! Armando was fantastic, communication skills were top notch, helped from start to finish. These guys know what they are doing and won’t waste your time or money. Excellent when working with insurance companies.
