I had a great experience with RC. I reached out to them for an independent quote that wasn't one of the generic ones shoved into my door along with all other neighbors in a new development from other companies. They were extremely quick to respond and were even willing to come to my house to give a customized quote that same day. Upon meeting Ricardo, I was immediately put at ease as he clearly had a great understanding of what my house needed and didn't try to upsell me on extras. He was very friendly and informative willing to explain the entire process to me no matter how dumb the question. He walked me through how their services and products were superior to the methods used by other companies and even though their quote was not the cheapest I had received I was sold on their quality, and it was worth spending the extra money.

The installation was scheduled for the week after the quoting. The crew that showed up was right on time and very professional. After a quick chat they were off to start. I could tell they were not rushing things to quickly get the job done but were taking the appropriate time to make sure the work was done right. They were careful with their tools and ladders to take care of the house and yard, which was very much appreciated. After a few hours, they finished the installation, and the results spoke for themselves. The gutters looked great and professionally built. We've had a few storms since they were installed and haven't had any issues.

If looking for an installer that you know will do the job right and provide superior quality compared to other cheap contractors, RC is the one to choose.

Got new gutters installed as part of a new roof package from Kaufman and was impressed by the crew, who quickly and quietly finished the job in the rain. The sales rep, Ricardo, stopped by the next day and helped out with some follow-up questions.

I had new gutters put on the front and back of the house and these guys were the best. Answered all of my questions, gave me an opportunity to take care of cleaning off the fascia when the old gutters came down before putting the new gutters up and were just generally very nice to work with. They even fixed a piece of soffit that had come loose. I can't speak highly enough. Was probably the only good experience from the entire exterior remodel.

Stopped at a red this guy decides to reverse into my car and drive off acting as if nothing had happened finally got him to pull over after I got in front of him and slowed down. Terrible communication skills and just all around attitude of this guy was off seemed as if he was intoxicated

RC's team was extremely proactive and professional! When they arrived on site, they called out a concern they had with the color we selected -- which in the sample book looked like a closer match for our window trim than it did with the as-delivered gutters -- we concurred and they recommended stock that was a much closer match for our house. Ray installed our new steele roof, fascia, soffit and gutters with leaf guards in the fall of 2017. He did a great job of working through a few issues and changes I wanted. Ray was so easy going, I am super picky and kind of a pain in the a$$ but he finished the job on time. The roof turned out great and I am so happy!
This Spring we had a problem with the fascia, soffit, and gutters due to an ice build up. We contacted Ray and he was quick to reassure us that he would fix it. True to his word he fixed it and it didn't cost us a dime.
