RBJ was top notch. They were one of the only companies that would fix my skylights. From the day they inspected my house to finishing the project they were extremely professional. As soon as my wife met with Ruben she new that RBJ was going to be a reliable business. They are quick to answer questions and installed my skylights right after they came in. I needed to replace my carport and breezeway roofing and the flashing around the chimney on the house. Ruben came out to inspect and measure, was promt, professional, and knowlegeable about everything, and of the three companies I had quote the job, was the obvious choice. One company even declined to do the job because of the chimney flashing. The crew came early and knocked on the carport in a few hours, and the workers doing the flashing finished up a bit later, but did a phenomenal job. AAA+++ Thank you, Ruben and Cindy. It's not an easy thing to spend that much money, but in the end, I was completely satisfied.

Quote was reasonable. They had to replace multiple plywood boards on large shed roof prior to putting on roof. Did great job using same type and color shingles on shed as was on residence.

They were very prompt at coming out for an estimate and letting me know the cost in a timely manner. Once I agreed to the price they ordered materials and were able to get started at a convenient time for myself and them to install gutters and make a few patches on my roof from damaged shingles. I will recommend them to anyone looking for roofing repair and or gutters for sure. They also suggested and installed the leaf filters on top of my gutters and it is working out to be such a relief having all of this installed. Thank you!!

RBJ came to the house, inspected the roof, took measurements, and explained how the roof would be installed, step by step. I selected the shingle I wanted on my roof, and the owner, Ruben explained after stripping the old roof, a synthetic underpayment would be installed, metal flashing added in the valleys, all new roof jacks and vents installed, and the shingles hand nailed with 6 nails per shingle. The shingles were delivered Monday, re-roofing began Tuesday, and completely finished Wednesday, including all clean up ! Always felt comfortable with the bid, money arrangements, and proof of insurance because everything was handled on my email with full disclosure of the bid, work to be done, and copies of RBJ license and insurance. 100 % PROFESSIONAL !! Needless to say I am totally satisfied with the entire experience and would recommend RBJ in a heartbeat

RBJ roofing did an excellent job replacing the shingles on our roof after Hurricane Ida. RBJ answered all my questions about various shingle types and colors. I have a very steep roof and was concerned about the gutters surrounding the house. The team was able to remove the old shingles and the gutters were just fine. RBJ Roofing is the greatest. This company has been nothing but professional from start to finish. Very responsive to all my questions and all my calls. Offered to help me with any problems I had with my insurance. Made recommendations on the shingle colors based on my brick color, and I am very pleased. They made the process go very smooth. The ladies in the office are the bomb. The guy who worked on the roof made sure my plants were moved and put back. They made sure all the trash was picked up. Made sure my yard was cleaned. I am one satisfied customer. My roof looks so good.

RBJ roofing replaced a roof damaged by Ida. It took longer than expected for the shingles to arrive, but when they did Ruben quickly put 3 crews on it to beat threatening rain. It was amazing to watch the crews work in unison to complete the job expeditiously.

Ruben was very professional in preparing the estimate where all cost were shown. He promised material delivery and it happened. He committed to a start date and a completion date and held to it. Ruben and his crew did our roof about a year and half ago. i was worried about IDA, but absolutely no problems! I give them a 5 star rating. If any one needs a new roof or roof repair, RBJ is who to call.

I had a small roof leak in my metal roof and was getting 3 estimates. Two companies came out and told me that I’d need to replace at least 500 screws because the rubber part was getting bad and causing the leaks. Their quotes were $1,100 and $950. Ruben from RBJ came out, went on roof and in attic. He said it wasn’t a roof problem at all. He said the a/c ducts were touching and causing condensation and leaking. How honest!! I am so grateful that he told me the truth and didn’t just try to take me like the other 2 companies.

Unlike nearly every other roofer and contractor with whom I have dealt, Ruben answered his phone every time I called him, provided accurate & helpful answers to questions, gave us a detailed scope of work and cost estimate, and saw to it that the contracted job was completed on time and within the estimate. Carlos, the RBJ Roofing crew chief, and his crew were efficient and professional. I'd hire them again.

We chose RBJ to replace our original roof, now 26 years old. After getting several quotes including Garcias, I appreciated Ruben's straightforward style, honest pricing and extensive experience. The crew arrived exactly on time and had the previous roof stripped in about an hour. The crew is experienced, fast and work extremely hard, made even more difficult by weather this time of year. Everything is hand nailed (the only way to go) and they finished in 1 day and ahead of projected time estimate, which was a relief considering potential pop up storms. The finished result was well done and their craftsmanship shows. Advice if you're getting your roof done: Specify dark boots for plumbing vents, galvanized are too bright with contemporary shingles, triple check for nails afterward especially around dump trailer, look at desired colors on other finished roofs for better idea of what it will look like. One last note, Garcias would have been our second choice but felt like you're paying an additional premium for their advertising.
