But David, the foreman, reassured me and kept the project moving forward. They found more damage from trees than expected and replaced a lot of wood. By lunchtime, the rafters were all fixed up. Grant stopped by several times to check on the work and let me know there was some extra damage, but they fixed it at no extra charge.
