I called a couple of weeks ago asking for a meeting to discuss major renovations to my house. After roughly describing the project and being told that what I wanted was exactly what they do, I asked “ Do I go to you or do you come to me”? I was told to expect a callback in a day or two. No callback. Similar to most all other contractors in the county, they have lots of current work and therefore they don’t have to care, so they don’t.
Melisa and Ray have been assisting us as consultants on a home we are having built out of town. We consider ourselves very fortunate to have found an independent and unbiased advisor. So far Melisa has reviewed our plans, recommending some changes that we are so grateful she found. In addition, She reviewed our bids and did detailed comparisons for us.
