This company is legit! When they came to do the quote, they took the time to answer all my questions and concerns. Dwayne Palmer is friendly, professional and knowledgeable. Although they haven’t done the work yet, I feel very confident to proceed. I’ll write another review once it’s all done.

I had a really positive experience with this company! The quality and service was solid! The owner, Mr. Palmer made us feel at ease, was very genuine, and his team performed the work they said they would without fail! The lady who answers the calls was really communicative and plessant. I’ve had water damage and mold build up in my garage. Mr. Palmer and Mrs. Logan helped and navigated the repairs and restoration of my garage without haste. They informed me of the pricing through the process and waited for me to sign off. Rapid Renovations were punctual and were expertise of their craft. Mr.Palmer is very professional general contractor building homes in Atlanta , changing people live forever , dedicated to the cause and very dependable , in my view there the number one company in the atl atlanta georgia.

RR will seem like a great company to begin with, until they aren't. There will be a lot of promises of things to be done, but weeks and months will pass and those things will never materialize.

A few examples.

- We have random nails poking thru places in the fence they built. We were told they would snip them to remove the hazard but those nails are still there today. The wood is also splitting down the middle which is apparently 'normal' and expected according to them
- They cut the wire to our security camera and twisted the wires back together; no tape, no cap, they didn't even staple it back to the ceiling its dangling literally touching the moving parts of the garage door. Yup, still unfixed
- Jaggy unsanded wood around nail holes on the deck still trying to stab us today
- Paint splatter on our siding from when they painted trim and failed to use painters tape to mask the edges. Still there. Also paint on bushes and the ground all around the house
- They left lumber on the front lawn for weeks and killed all the grass it was on top of. It looks awesome and you guessed it, no word from RR about it
- Deck boards were cut too short and look horrible and unprofessional
- They replaced our stair treads and over-stained them. A lot. They're still sticky and tacky 2 months later. This is again acceptable to them since their answer was lets wait and see how it goes
- Lots more but only so much room to type

One of the projects they did for us was to replace the whole AC system. The tech from the first team broke our Ecobee thermostat. We were promised by Mr. Palmer we would be reimbursed for the damage but here we are a month later and we haven't seen a check.

On their 3rd try to make our HVAC system work (it still doesnt work right today) the tech, without asking permission or for help, closed the lid of my laptop. After they'd placed a nail on the keyboard. Now I have a company owned laptop I need for my employment with a destroyed screen. They haven't even acknowledged that I've brought to their attention 3 times now so I'm assuming they're going to deny any responsibility just like everything else.

I can't even count how many times we were promised proper receipts for the work done. Nope, never happened. What you'll get are little hand written notes with numbers jotted down, some initials, etc. Its incredibly unprofessional.

The owner Mr. Palmer has "joked" multiple times about how he can contact Google and they'll just remove negative reviews. Thats apparently true since the last one from someone else is gone now. Its too bad companies like this can't have the spotlight of truth put on them so people have a fair understanding what they're getting into.

I just want to start off by saying much gratitude to Mr. Palmer and his team, for their spectacular craftsmanship! I have never met anyone more dedicated or charming in customer satisfaction than Mr. Palmer and Ms. Logan! Mr. Palmer brought me in as an assistant to help manage projects and I am extremely honored to be apart of such a successful team. With no hesitation he takes care of his team to ensure that the work being presented is nothing less than exceptional. Rapid Renovations and Construction comes in and does exactly what we say we will rapidly and precisely! Right before my eyes, I watched our crew transform an entire garage into a full basement in less than two weeks!

From start to finish, Mr. Palmer is patient, attentive and always caters to his clients every need. Rapid Renovations & Construction, keeps clients informed throughout the process and produces nothing less than impeccable work. Anything one desires from ground up to tree removals, RR&C can make it happen!

When I learned from my on-site property manager that I had a couple dead trees that were threatening to fall on my neighbor’s house, my first call was to Rapid Renovations and Lions Den Tree Experts. They worked diligently to help get the situation assessed and get the trees down as soon as possible, all while remaining sensitive to cost considerations of this unexpected issue.

The team’s professionalism was clear from the text message I received from my neighbor that said, “…I want to thank you for hiring professional and efficient people. They removed the trees without any problem. I felt safe. They came with all the necessary equipment...”.

Rapid and Lions Den really came through in a situation where safety was a primary concern because of limited space on the street and close proximity to the neighbor. They showed up with a crane to get the dead and brittle trees down safely, and cleaned the area nicely before leaving. A job well done, a big thank you to the whole team at Rapid.

Rapid Renovations is unlike any other contractor I've ever hired. Mr. Palmer and Ms. Logan provide top notch service ensuring the work is done properly and to your satisfaction. They communicate throughtout the duration of the project and the contractors show up when they are supposed to and do quality work. This is my new go-to contractor for all my home improvements and repairs. A good contractor is hard to find. 5 stars wells deserved.

Dwayne was providing an estimate to my neighbor next door. I engaged with him and asked him for an estimate for doing some work for me. I was happy with the quote and allowed him to do the job! I was so please with his promptness and professionalism I asked him to do some more work for me and was very pleased to this day with thr work. I would definitely used him again if I have a need.
