Rapid City Window & Glass Inc

Ordered several pieces of glass to repair a couple pieces of furniture. Everything went fine with ordering and the pieces met our specs. However, we were quoted $360 when we initially ordered. When I went to pick up the pieces, I was shocked to see the price was more around $450, 25% more than we were quoted. No one was rude or anything, but that level of inaccuracy is ridiculous.

Curt came to my house to make the measurements of my windows so that the correct sizes would be ordered. When they came in he made special arrangements for my wife and I to get them stained and varnished before they installed them. They called me to set up a day to install when the weather would be favorable. They came on that day at the time they said they would and installed them in a short period of time.

Called this company over three weeks ago and they came to our house to measure our sliding glass door window. Since then, we have not heard back from them, and we have called them back multiple time to only get voice mail or promises to call us back. Never did.! When we finally got in contact with Kurt, the repairman, he did not remember our job, and did not want to fix our glass door, as he was too busy. Unprofessional to my spouse when told that we should call another glass company to do our job, and that he was too busy to help us further. Not how I do business or take care of customers. I would look elsewhere for window repair if I needed glass work.

you may call them for repairs but they wont show or give you call letting you they running late so if you are a person who is not important they just will shine you off so might as well call someone else and this tells me they dont need the work or the money

I would HIGHLY recommend this company..They promised They delivered. We had a huge shower put in my daughters home, we wanted complete frameless except for parts to hold it together on the 2 sides that were to attach to the tile.and a few sliders at the bottom to hold in place.and we wanted nickle color. .they did it to our specifications and it turned out gorgeous , go to Facebook: Dakota Builders Renovations Look for comments by Tina Collins, Glass doors are beautiful. The doors were special made so the only waiting time was from delivery from factory.about 2 1/2 weeks. When they arrived at RCW&G. next day they were at the house doing installation. Very good Quality and workmanship.

This company set up an appointment then did not show up. My renter took the day off of work just so someone could be home for this. When I called and asked if K--t worked there, the man who was supposed to come do the measurement of the window, the answer was "occassionally." Originally I had given them the address of where to show up. Apparently they did not have the address or information on the appointment even though K--t scheduled it with me. So disappointing. I didn't realize companies in Rapid City operated this way.

We had a window broken by accident over the weekend so I called RC Window & Glass. They were able to tell me quite simply how to get the window out so that I could avoid having to pay extra for them to come out. I was able to get the window out based on there instructions, dropped it off to them about 4:15 p.m. yesterday, picked it up today before noon, and reinstalled it on my lunch break. This was accomplished for less than $30. I would definitely recommend them!
