After signing the contract to have The roof to be installed it was being put on a mobile home the roof was done
very quickly to get it installed considering it was the end of November luckily we caught a break in the weather All their employees were very nice and did a great job two of them helped us move a couch inside which they did not have to do considering we were moving in at the same time The roof was being installed I was having gutters installed also it was done a week later but it was explained to me why it took them a while to get the gutters done and it was very understanding I would recommend Rapid City roofing to anyone looking to have a roof installed and also they are local so the money stays in Rapid City

Cody came out to see our project but we had the wrong material. He came back again, wrong material again! mea culpa. When I had the correct material, Cody and Steve the owner both came out to fix our solar light tubes and inspect our roof for hail damage.

Top-notch service from Rapid City Roofing Company! As the buyer in a recent real estate transaction, a new roof was needed due to hail damage, and we were able to work with Steve and his team to upgrade our new roof to Class 4 Impact Resistant shingles. Shortly after closing, another hail storm came through and we were glad to have upgraded - Steve came by a few days afterwards to inspect the roof and NO DAMAGE! Great communication and customer service from the whole team once we got the process started - Edward was wonderful in answering all of my questions and Steve's commitment to customer satisfaction is exceptional!

If you are looking for a Roofer who: 1) answers your calls; 2) shows up when he says he will; and 3) does outstanding work, then Rapid City Roofing is your company. Last year Steve and his crew replaced my roof, gutters and installed solar panels. Their work and customer service were excellent. After the work was completed, there were some items which needed follow up attention, and here is where they really excelled. The solar panels and a gutter required replacement, and Steve fixed the issue immediately, even though the job was already paid for. That is so unusual in today's world. You can count on them to stand behind their work. I can not recommend this company enough.
