After the wind storm in June 2024 put a hole in our roof, we reached out to Full Circle Roofing for help. Even though the insurance process was a headache, their team went above and beyond to assist wherever they could; from documentation to follow-ups.

Jared and his team were great to work with. I am a single mother that had never delt with a claim before and it was not an easy process! They made sure I was taken care of and helped me get through it and make it beneficial for me. They updated me along the way and made sure I was informed as well as making sure my roof structure was up to code and the best quality it could be. I had a horrible experience the last time my roof was done 12 years ago and I started to have issues after only a few months and those guys refused to address my issues. Because of this i know firsthand Its hard to find a contractor you can trust.
This year after the hail storm in June I had so much anxiety over the damages the storm caused and I was worried about it getting repaired properly this time. I have good insurance but they gave me a bunch of run around and Jared was very patient and coached me through dealing with them . I was able to get full payment from my insurance. I picked the right team. When I first called someone was here within an hour to tarp off my roof to stop the leaking. Jared walked my through the entire process and even checked on me after all the storms we had this season, even before the work was started. I know I can trust Full Circle Roofing they understand when you meet them its not under good circumstances and houses are an investment. Jared is such a genuine guy and a real person. This is why I chose Jared. They worked for ME. They completely replaced my entire roof down to the rafters, gutters and repaired and painted my stucco and trim. They went above and beyond and made my house whole again it is even better than it was before the storm. These pictures do not do any justice.

Had a great experience with Jared. His partner came to the door since they were in the neighborhood after the storm July 2024 and noticed my damage and left a card. He responded immediately came over and quoted me a price. He then was back in a day or 2 and corrected my issue for the quoted price and sent me a picture of the repair. I leave roof walking to the professionals so glad I didn’t have to get up there. Will definitely call back when looking to do our windows.

As a side note, one of the roof turbines was making a noise a few days after it was installed. We reported it to Jared. The next day the turbine was identified and replaced. Had a piece of siding fall off of my home yesterday. Jared popped over on his way over to a job to take a look. He got the piece back up and didn't charge me as getting a permanent fix would require taking all of my siding down due to a poor original install. Par for the course with this house

We had a shed installed this summer and when they installed it they smashed the front corner of our gutter. Jared with Full circle Roofing was absolutely flawless from the time I contacted him to the finish of the install. About 2 weeks turn around and half the cost of the first estimate which I figured was in the high side as they never followed up. We will definitely be recommending and using Full Circle in the future!

Found Jared on Google. Explained we needed some siding repaired from a wind storm a few months back. He came by the next day and provided a very reasonable estimate. He was able to locate the exact materials needed to do the job. We had been previously told our siding was discontinued and would have to settle for a similar color. Within two days he had the job finished. Thoroughly pleased with all aspects. He was very courteous and friendly. We would recommend him to anyone else that would need his services.
