I had a small roof leak, and a friend recommended Ramey Roofing. Jon came by a did a thorough inspection of the roof and discovered the source. He then provided a reasonable estmate of the work to be done. On the day of the appointment, Carlos and Rogelio came to do the work and did a fantastic job. They also did a thorough inspection of the roof and sealed up any areas they thought needed attention. Once completed, They explained in detail all of the work that was done. I'm glad I was able to get this done ahead of any heavy rain. I will be definitely using them again in the future and would highly recommend them to friends and family.

We had a roof underlayment redone and a skylight replaced. I found Ramey to be professional and responsive in their communication, their work product was very solid, and their rates were very competitive. Would recommend them to anyone in the LA area.

I worked with the owner Chance who was lovely, quick, hardworking and honest. I had to have 200+ tiles repaired after fumigating my house and having it tented. I brought in Ramey Roofing to assess and repair the damage done. Chance ended up giving me a $1,250 DISCOUNT bc the labor costs he had quoted me originally came in UNDER. I mean when does that ever happen??? (answer: never) This is a company with high integrity. Absolutely recommend.

A very professional and helpful crew of roofers. They were very accommodating and complete in their work. Scheduling and follow-up as excellent. The company was very helpful refuting a total fabrication by insurance company that the roof was defective and that it allowed water intrusion. Minor routine maintenance was suggested and performed for reasonable fee.

The job took a little longer than expected but it was wonderful when it was finally finished. The crew showed up on time and worked full days. They cleaned up everyday before they left. Hamilton, the foreman, was on-site at all times and was available to answer any questions or concerns we had. Very happy with the results!

Ramey Roofing delivered on all aspects including the replacement of facia boards and repainting. They got the job completed a week early which helped due to a storm coming in. Professional work, insured and licensed. My roof was put on just about 6 years ago. During this rough rainy season, it started leaking. Called in and spoke with Ediar, who worked around my schedule to get someone out to check it out asap. The next day, John and Omar were out to check it out. They were courteous and professional, and took care of the leak. After last nights rain, we can see that it worked just fine. All around very happy with the service, and would highly recommend.

My pitched, open beam ceiling was leaking (where a flat portion of the roof was tied to it). I called the installer of this new flat roof company, but their phone number was disconnected! My friend referred me to RAMEY ROOFING and I contacted them that very day. They inspected it the following day and even tried to squeeze in a team to repair the day after that! That scheduling didn't work out, but Chance Ramey was very good at communicating with me, and trying to squeeze my repair unto their extremely busy schedule. After using beach and bath towels to absorb the dripping (rotating sets in and out of the dryer), I received a text from Chance that he had a team ready to come at 8am the following morning. This was terrific as 2 more storms were forecasted to begin arriving the following day. Their team was so very polite and Chance Ramey even showed up during their repair to see how things were going. It was scheduled to rain the very next day ... and NO LEAKS!!! I'd add a photo of the repair, but I don't climb extension ladders.

They did a great job on the roof. Another time I thought I had a leak and it is a two-story house, so could not look they came down and told me they patched it free of charge.

I spoke with Rachel on the phone and by e-mail about getting a quote. Initially it was just a simple quote, but with chances of more work needed.
She never sent me the quote or an explanation. I tried to call and e-mail them several times, but they are not responsive which is extremely unprofessional. I wanted to use small local business, but the lack of interest on their part shows that they do not need my business.

They were supposed to tarp our property to protect it from debris being thrown from the roof into their dump truck. They didn't. They were supposed to respond to requests to clean up. They didn't. They "announced" that their work was done and left an unbelievable mess on our patios. Utterly unprofessional.

A couple years ago John Ramey came out and gave us an estimate on our 1000 sq ft roof. He’s a long time local contractor. He had tile samples and suggested a certain one that was the color we wanted and was a new reflective material. Two guys arrived on time and did the stripping of the thred old layers. The next day three other guys arrived and checked all the wood and replaced what needed replacing. The next day the roofing materials truck arrived early and they unloaded materials onto the roof and four guys started roofing. They arrived the second and third days and finished the job. They did the garage in the rear of the property too. Every thing was itemized and John arranged for the permit and inspection which was completed in two separate visits. John was responsive and visited our house everyday to make sure it was getting completed onetime. The workers are kept busy by Ramey Roofing but I never knew there were specialists who do one aspect of the work. I’d use them again and in fact we used him on my in-laws house. I was also very pleased with the reasonable price.
