The owner Mark helped me out with my 4plex investment property and was present during a lot of the job overseeing to ensure top quality installation and dealing with the HB city inspectors who can be tough. We had a partial collapse of our roof over a commercial garage door. Mark came out and gave us an inspection. He gave us options and advised we needed to replace a main beam. This was a pretty major incident that needed to be taken care of right away.

We contacted a general contractor who came and gave us an estimate. We then put the two of them in touch with each other. They worked together to solve my problem. Yes it was my problem and he and our contractor were my solution.

The price was fair. You can always find cheaper but what corners will they cut? When you pay for quality you only pay once. Working together with us, our schedule and our contractor is what put them above and beyond expectations.

What could be better than make a phone call, have them come and inspect. Make an estimate then do the work, stay in the budget and get the work done without us even knowing they were up there? Total clean up of the site after word was an extra bonus.

I called, agreed to the estimate, said thank you when they finished and wrote a check. That is the way it should be. Work was first class!
