Rain City Roofing did a fantastic job! Their prices were fair, they did what they said and finished the job on time. Jerry was dependable and respectful. I had a nearly 50 year old cement tile roof replced with a normal, shingle roof, gutters fully replaced, more vents installed. Just in time for the fall! With the beautiful new roof, I had to get it painted too! Feels like a new house!

I looked around many different options and I gotta say I’m glad I chose this one. First thing, the price was better than expected. From my experience of having my roof replaced before, I can say that some roofers can be messy and leave nails behind, as a dad and a dog owner that to me is a strong NO. But these guys were extremely clean and they left nothing behind. 10 out of 10!

Rainy City roofing is simply the best roofing company in town. Jerry is responsive, attentive, reliable, and listens to the customer needs. His brother Jose, is not a roofer, he's an absolute artist. Sometimes I just sit and my backyard and stare at the magnificent job he did - we used special Heritage scalloped shingles for our old Victorian house and it looks so period and authentic, it's amazing. They are fast, clean up the job site everyday and never stepped on a single plant. The quality is outstanding. Their work is immaculate. I could not be happier.

Wow! This was my first time ever having to have work done on my roof. It was minor stuff, just an inspection and a clean. But they were very professional and clean! I was surprised at how informative they were about the roof inspection (it was a new roof and they reassured me everything was still in good condition). Thank you so much! Very pleased with the end results of our new roof. Ivette from day one was very professional and kept in touch throughout the whole process of the demolition and installation of our new roof. I appreciate how well they took time to make sure nothing got damaged around my house by covering the windows with plywoods and making sure they picked up after themselves. Overall I’m quite happy and satisfied and feel like I made the right choice by hiring them to install my new roof that makes my house look brand new all over again

No call, no show for an appointment to get an estimate for getting gutters installed. I reached out yesterday to confirm that we were still on for the appointment (this in itself seemed unprofessional- he should have been the one to confirm.) Here we are three hours after the appointment time with zero communication from him.

It's disrespectful for you to waste my time, I took work off and rearranged my schedule to make this appointment time work. It's not hard to send a text saying that you do not want the job and will not be coming. Surely it's for the best- I'd rather do business with someone who respects clients.

Rainy City Roofing team did an amazing job on full tear down and replacement of our roof and added on the covered deck roof replacement and gutter rerouting last minute. Clean up was good too. Jerry was very responsive and professional. Would definitely recommend and use them again if we ever had another property.

I highly recommend Rainy City Roofing. Due to the unpredictable weather in Portland this April when I was there and met them for the first time, they managed to replace the roof on my apartment complex at a very competitive price, timely and professional manner. They cleaned gutters and all around was left spotless.

We were very satisfied with the guy that came out to do an estimate. We picked this company because he took the time to explain things to us and actually got on the roof and took pictures for us. The other estimates spent about 5 minutes walking around the house but never got on the roof. The guys doing the job were efficient and finished the roof in one day! They were even willing to come install the roof over the weekend if needed to provide faster service.

They are very professional, no up sell games, stuck to the bid, even went above my expectations at no extra charge. They started the job in the morning finished up late afternoon all their work is top notch can’t even tell they were here other than the great looking roof! Our experience was not good. We received an estimate and were told the job would be done in 2 weeks for a new roof. After 2 weeks we called for an update and were put off for another week and another week after several additional calls Ivette called and said the prices have gone up $1,500.00 dollars, we were shocked but had to go ahead with the job after 2 months of waiting. Jose made a lot of assurances of what would be done that did not happen. A rotten beam was not repaired properly. My husband called Jose and he said he would research how to fix it and get back to us, he never did. We continued to call and got no response. My husband spent 2 full days and $200.00 to fix that mistake. He also fixed other mistakes. Also, Jose was to estimate and installl gutters but we never heard back from them again.
