The provider showed up when he said he would. He could've easily rescheduled...his helper was sick that day. But, working alone, he diligently set to work on our 2.5 story house. He not only did an excellent job cleaning the roof and gutters, he went above and beyond and straightened a bent gutter on the front of the house! We didn't even request that!
He was courteous, and a pro to the extreme. Also, the price was more than fair. I would recommend Premier Property services to anyone.

A estimate was given the same day that I called. The workers arrived early on the date scheduled and did a great job! I have gutter guards that needed to be removed and replaced after cleaning so it wasn’t just a quick process for these guys. They were professional, friendly, and patient. The previous company that pressure washed my driveway was terrible! They damaged my driveway in multiple places, and refused to compensate me for the property damages. I was beginning to spiral down into a deep state of depression due to my driveway looking like absolute garbage and the concrete being damaged. I was praying to God to help me to find someone to wash my driveway. Just as I was crying out I heard a knock at my door. Distraught, I walked to the door and opened it. And Lo and Behold it was Alex Paul Visan! He was just starting PPS. He offered me a good deal and got to work the next day. The very next day when I got home from work the driveway was BEAUTIFUL! It was absolutely stunning! Alex did an amazing job in a good amount of time. I am so glad about my driveway that I am now out of my state of depression and am loving life.

I had Alex Paul Visan knock at my door when he was first starting off his company, he was trying to convince me to stop using my last service for pressure washing because they weren't doing a good job, and he showed me what a good job looked like, using different chemicals to clean my drive way, and gutters, he even washed my windows, all though I don't think he offered that anynore. On hot summer days he and his family friend Ben will take their shirts off to work, if that's an issue for some he is very reasonable. This is also a Christian owned business which I was all the more inclined to help out, they really do a honest and good job, thanks to Paul and his company.
