I just hired AA Rite-Way Roofing to replace my roof and I am so impressed. Jeremy the owner was quick to return my phone calls and answer my questions and addressed details that mattered to me. The project started on time and got done in 2 days. The crew cleaned up debris at the end of each day. And the price was very very fair and thousands of dollars less than other roofing companies quoted me. I have a friend who hired a different Portland company and had a nightmare: she spent $14,000 more for replacing a much simpler roof and it included a manager who didnt return phone calls, a crew that left midday to work another job. (and left materials uncovered in the rain) and a worker who fell through the roof and through the ceiling into her office. Don’t take any chances. Jeremy and his team at AA Rite-Way Roofing are the professionals you want to hire. This company has been here 30 years for a reason. Highly recommend.

Experience with AA Rite-Way Roofing was great. We received several quotes and AA was the best one without sacrificing quality. Working with Jeremy was painless including hammering out the smaller details and finishes. The work crew was phenomenal. They were fast, friendly, professional, detail oriented and did a great job. Everything was done well, even the things that wouldn't be noticed when done. Final invoice came with no surprises. Not looking forward to having to replace my roof again, but when the time comes, they'd be 1st on my list.

Great company to work with, I did have bids that were less than them but preferred their professional services. Work was done in a timely and skilled manner and looks great , no regrets.

We just got our new roof installed and it looks amazing! Jeremy was helpful and patient with me as I asked questions about the scope of work. He was available by phone as the crew worked. The crew onsite was professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. We have an older single story ranch that had two layers of shingles. They protected landscaping, the deck, and Heat Pump with tarps and plywood. The property was kept clean each day and at close of job. The crew worked over the weekend to finish before the next rain came. When I discovered a couple of things that got forgotten in the rush to beat the rain, I texted Jeremy and the crew lead came out immediately and completed the work. Price wise, AA Riteway was in the middle of our four quotes. Minimal extra charges due to plywood replacement (4 sheets) and an extra chimney flashing. Thanks AA Riteway!

Jeremy of AA Rite Way Roofing was by far the most professional when it came to getting a bid on my roof and gutters. He was the only business of 3 that game prepared with a complete business package. He was on site daily and great with communicating .I appreciated the information and credentials he provided me and with homes I could actually go and look at to decide on roofing and gutters. I’m very pleased with the work ethic and quality of the job. Roofing is messy but the crew cleaned up daily and had plenty of tarps/ plywood to protect my property. I would definitely recommend this company and I’m so happy with the outcome.

Had them do the roof and gutters and both have been a pain. First they didn't hook the vent's back on, so I had a moisture problem in the attic and now I'm getting a water leak from the gutters. When they came too look into it, they said I had a couple of leaves and that's why I'm getting a leak now. Guess I should of never fixed it since we never had this issues before.

Great job performed and performed in a very timely manner after quote. Competitive pricing and good quality products and work. My only small complaint is clean up, left my glass cover over deck dirty. But overall, very pleased.

The best roof I’ve have ever seen. My next door neighbor did his roof 5 days before we did. There is a noticeable difference in both houses. You can see that these guys even have a signiture to their roof. My wife who knows nothing of roofs went out and asked me why does ours look like it’s much bigger and thicker and those caps running down ours seem to be much bigger and better than theirs

Really great roofing company. Work was done in a timely manner and workers were very efficient. Owner was great to work with and explained what would be done. Price was great. I got 5 other bids and this was the best and they were all for the same work. Honest appraisal of work needed. Provided estimate in timely manner, which was reasonable even cheaper than others. They got us on the schedule quickly and the crew showed up, worked hard all day, cleaned up returned when they said next morning to finish. Left yard as clean as it was prior to showing up. Crew was friendly and polite. Accidentally broke top of wing off garden gargoyle. Instead of hiding it, or not saying anything, they approached us, and apologized. That meant a lot. Accidents happen. Have used them 3 times now and will continue to use no one else

Attitude, Attitude, Attitude. Once you sign the contract they give lots of BAD attitudes. They are arrogant and blameless for anything and everything.. Poor flashing job when you can see the sky from the the attic and leaks . Not sealing around the roof jacks and leaks . But every year I get tons of needles from my neighbors pine tree which I clear off every fall
and my gutter guards cause all the problems ..The Gutter Guards seem to have caused this latest leak. And I removed them immediately.
After three years they blame me and my roof maintenance and now they tell me I need new counter flashing when they bent the old flashing when they removed the old roof and put new chimney flashing under the counter flashing. .They wanted full payment before they finished the job .three years ago.

My roof was a 3 layer tear off, with quite a bit of additional work.
New vents, fascia, gable and decking replacement and more.
AA Rite Way crew had it done in 2 days. New roof looks great.

Jeremy called me on a Friday and said they were on the way. Showed up about 10:00 and was done by 4:00. The cree was very professional and answered questions when I had them. They even cleaned out my gutters for me which I was not expecting. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a roof replacement.

This company made this whole process as quick and painless as possible- there was no run around about this or that, Jeremy got straight to the point from day 1. He showed up ready with estimate in hand, which was pretty accurate to final price only a few hundred over ( to be expected for replacement of sheets of plywood) but it wasn't an exaggerated amount and I couldn't be happier with the finished product. The guys were done in 2 days! Definitely recommend this company.

This is a great company. They worked around the ever changing weather and took advantage of a dry day getting the old roof removed and new one installed. The quality and workmanship was superb at a very fair price. Jeremy communicated every step of the way. I highly recommend them!

We had a new roof installed, overall they did a good job, but not happy with the tear off of the old roof. Our brand new painted house was left with tar marks on our siding...12 to be exact!!! They made no effort to clean it up. Or offer to buy paint to resolve the issue. Will not recommend them to friends. Very disappointing. It was very windy that day and my husband was very concerned, they should of rescheduled for a calmer day. Our two neighbors next to us had there roofs redone and no tar marks on there siding.
After the owner of AARite-Way Roofing read my review they were prompt to solve the issue. So I am very thankful and appreciative. So I am giving them 4 star review now.

Very efficient and courteous workers. Alway professional in the way they treated us and each other. Did a great job from setup, removal of old roof, installing the new roof, venting and light tubes. Cleaned up each evening and when they finished. Very pleased!!
