I have had RainTite fix our hail damaged roof not only once, but twice and if and when it happens again my first call will be to them. Such an excellent crew! They worked from sun up to sun down and had it done in a day. No problems working with insurance and really just so dependable.

Christian was excellent to work with. RainTite navigated the insurance claim process for us when we were having dificulties with our Insurer. Due to the size of the project, when they did our roof they sent out a large group of workers to get it done in one day. Clean up was excellent as we have a mature landscspe to deal with. I can recommend them without any reservations. Well done RainTite!!

We had hail damage to our house and garage, call RainTite and they sent out Daniel who walked us through the process and with our insurance company. Everything he said came true, the roofing crew was awesome as were the gutter and facia crew. Daniel took the worry out of the process, he was awesome to work with. I have hired RainTite for large (30 unit apartment building) down to a two car garage project, and every time they deliver. We had a leak in the roof of our vacation home that kept getting worse for a few years and couldn’t figure where it was coming from. Christian from RainTite came out found the leak and fixed it no problem. And also advised us of possible future leaks down the road. Very happy with the efficiency and friendly service! We were very pleased with RainTite Roofing, they came to our rescue when we were in a hurry to go south and we were having trouble even getting someone out to give us an estimate, and they did a great job and kept in touch with us through out the process. They even came back this spring to take care of an issue with no questions asked, they stand behind their work! They also put up gutter guards for us while they were there in the spring and we didn't have to wait for them to come back!

They did a great job. On time and completion in under 5 hours. Everything was left cleaned up and they even trimmed a few branches that were hanging over the roof. I highly recommend them.

I had a great experience working with RainTite Roofing and Construction. They did roof, gutters, siding, windows, and rebuilt an awning for me. They were very helpful with my insurance claim and did all the heavy lifting. This was my first time filing a hail claim and they
answered all of my questions. They ended up doing more work than expected as I wanted more done than the claim was covering. I am very happy with the outcome and would highly recommend them. I will call them if/when I need things done in the future.

I'm very pleased with my experience with Christian and the Raintite crew. They replaced my roof vents, cleaned out my gutters and placed leaf guards on them. Christian always promptly returned my calls and they were pleasantly quick to complete the work.

Great company and people to work with. Competitive quote, Came on the day they said, (Friday) and worked Friday, Saturday, Sunday and finished on Monday. It was a relief to know once they started the job, they stayed until finished, even over the weekend. The workers were courteous and professional. I did not see one cell phone, except for the supervisor, during the entire job. No one standing around, always doing something. All knew their job and executed. No breaks or wandering around. They all seemed to work well together. Not only as employees, but friends. Great atmosphere to work in.

I had Rain Tite replace my metal roof with hail damage, they also replaced upstairs windows. The crews did a great job and Tim Goodwin and Chris were excellent to work with. I am very satisfied with the overall experience with Rain Tite Roofing and Construction.

I had a persistent leak I was unable to repair. Christian made several trips to find the matching shingles. Then late in the day sent the crew in to do the repair just before a predicted major rain. Eight men worked into the dark assisted with lights. Three inches of rain later - no leaks! Outstanding customer service on a small job at a very reasonable rate.

We had our roof/gutters replaced due to hail damage & couldn’t have asked for a smoother experience. The whole thing from Daniel our salesman to the guys installing was great. They did a great job, & did everything just the way we wanted. And cleaned up our yard so it was even cleaner than when they arrived. I have worked with many contractors in my career and Daniel is the best. Raintite did an excellent job replacing my hail damaged roof. In one 12 hour day they tore off and replaced my roof and the next day they replaced the gutters. Omar and Gustavo were also great to work with. I had a couple of questions after the job was done and Omar came out within a couple of hours to answer my questions. I certainly recommend Raintite and if needed, I will use their services again.

RainTite roofing made the whole insurance claim/roof replacement easier than I thought it ever could be. Nice and knowledgeable people who over delivered on their promises. Amazing service! Used them 3x for extensive hail damage from New siding to the roof. This past 2 weeks they repaired my entire house due to a pending sale. Daniel has amazing skills and customer service. They drove to Sioux falls last year to get two sliding glass door screens that failed to come with the original purchase. Hands down the best company to use.

Christian and his crew did a large siding job for us; 20 town homes. He and his whole crew were very professional and timely. Our initial claim included roofing and we used a different (terrible) contractor for that. After we let that contractor go and contacted Christian, I had worked with the insurance company for almost 2 years, he was able to bring in a third party that specialized in submitting claims and working with the insurance company and the claim was approved in short order. They worked diligently thru weather and heat and completed the project on time and on budget. Great communicator so we always knew what was going on and what to expect. Also, extremely patient - dealing with 20 homeowners at once! We have decided should we have another hail claim Christian and RainTite will be our go to contractor for all future work - if they'll have us!! Cannot go wrong with them!

Daniel was so very easy to work with, listened to my concerns and specific needs for the job, and made sure all was done professionally. He was very helpful working with the insurance adjuster and maximizing my time & effort. I highly recommend working with RainTite for this reason. The crew on site worked hard and got the job done well. The gutter replacement was another high note. There have been issues with the gutters for as long as we lived in the house. Daniel contracted with DDT Exteriors who assessed the issues and did an outstanding job in remediating them and it looks great. My relator recommended RainTite and I'm so glad I followed up with them.

Two storms ago I had water leaking into my dining room RainTite Roofing was the only company that responded right away with another storm on the way they did a quick fix with a more permanent one set for when the weather was better They were professional and very friendly I would recommend them to every one

I received a call from Daniel Rotoni, project Manager for Rain Tite Roofing and Construction as I was seeking a company to replace our roof etc. due to hail damage from the previous summer. Daniel impressed me from that first phone discussion and he and his company came through for us. They did a great job, roof, gutters, etc., and a great clean up afterwards. The roof looks great and I feel that it was high quality materials with a professional and caring installation. Daniel was available whenever we had questions, talked through everything, and overall provided a stress free experience. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone who needed these services, and we will call them again in the future!

I just couldn't be happier with the work this company did. I had to schedule the work from another state and was kept updated every step of the way with any delays due to bad weather or other issues. We needed a roof done when they were extremely busy but Christian kept me informed every step of the way. He also provided a ton of pictures of the work. I highly recommend this company

Signed a contract on August 26, 2020 for Raintite to shingle roof and replace gutters after June hail damage. Told them I would like work done by middle/end of September. They showed up to shingle the second week of October. Started on a Friday. We’re 80% done by noon on Saturday. Then left and didn’t show up Monday. Or Tuesday. Had to call and get them to finish roof, which they did. As I write this, November 16, 2020, gutters are still not on. Haven’t had a status update on the job for 2 weeks. Apparently no product—which makes me wonder why didn’t they make sure they had product on August 26 when they said they could do the job. They are trying to remedy the situation but it remains unclear when work will be completed. UPDATE: Gutters were completed on weekend of November 22nd. A slightly different color was used which I agreed to. Quality of work appears to be very good. Appreciate the timely response after my complaint.

James came out did an estimate on my carport then contacted me with a date they could start, once they got going there was more damage but they showed me the damaged discussed my options and proceeded - they were professional - friendly- reasonable and courteous! The crew that worked on my house were very helpful and worked quite hard to get this done! Thank you!

Christian and his employees were great! They took care of several problem areas for us as they reshingled the roof. It was done at a fair price, done quickly and professionally. We would rehire them again.
