We are so incredibly happy with the concrete cleaning. Our driveway, patio and sidewalks look as white and clean as when we built the house 20 years ago. Rain Softwash came out to our house did a very professional cleaning and they were very prompt. We have a lot of landscaping close to the house and they did a wonderful job working around it.

I contacted Nick with Rains Softwash LLC to give me an estimate on cleaning the outside of my house. He got back to me within 2 days of my request (he was on vacation), met for a quote the following day and within hours I had the estimate for the job. When I decided to go ahead and book the job, he was accommodating in his scheduling to a day that worked for me. He arrived 15 min early for the start of the job and finished within the timeframe given. And his work--EXCEPTIONAL!! I have a light tan house and flower beds all around it. For the past 30 years, I have used my well water to water plants and it had left a reddish stain all around the house. Nick told me he would be able to remove it and I was skeptical. But he did! The house is back to it's original tan color with white trim. I am absolutely amazed at how great it looks. My husband came home from work and also was thrilled with the result. His attention to detail was fantastic and I highly recommend him. Thank you so much for the great job!

We had Rains Softwash clean the two-story north side of our house. The low-pressure wash results are amazing. Our house has old aluminum siding. All our questions were answered in a professional and courteous manner. The plantings below the wall were undisturbed.
