Conveniently located to Crescent Bar. This Ace Hardware is always well staffed and ready to help us find what we need. My younger daughter loves spring when they have the baby chics!

I came in today needing a gas can for an emergency. The young man named Kevin helped me out by not only directing me to what I was struggling to find, He also gave me recommendations on what would be the best for by budget. If I need any hardware or supplies in town this is my go to Spot. A+ Customer Service

I needed to refill my propane cans and did not want to do an exchange. While searching for this on Google maps it wasn't very clear if they did refills here or not. I found they had a large tank around the back of the building along with a button and a sign that says, "push the button hard, 3 times." Someone came out pretty quick after to refill my propane. Cost was reasonable. Overall nice Ace, well staffed with pleasant employees.

I’ve been using this store long before it was an Ace hardware when it was Cenex at the other end of town.
I went in today to buy some things and went to put it on my account and he ask the account name and I told him the name and WHO I was. Then things went wrong when he ask for my ID. I didn’t have my wallet on me and I said I’m not showing my ID. He called up someone Else and he told me that was policy. I told him I’ve been shopping this store for over 40 years, I’m not showing my ID. He said it’s store policy.
He gave me the number of the main office, I called and left a mesg but have not heard back. I wonder if they know there’s another hardware store coming right next door.
I will never go into this high priced store again. This will cost them more than me. To bad they lost a good customer over an ID.

This store has always been my go to hardware store until I came in here last week and this guy was trying to buy a screw and didn't know he was suspost to write number on the bag and the guy at the register was completely rude to him kept telling him he needs the number in order to sell him the screw. The customer didn't seem to understand English very well and was frustrated cause the guy at register wouldn't help him. He kept saying he needed while pointing at the bag. After the guy at the register set his screw aside the customer ended up leaving all his stuff on the stand and walked out. I told the guy isn't there someone that can help him I dont might waiting. I was the only other person in line. He just said no were short staffed. I just feel like he could have had a better attitude towards his customer and helped him out. I think I'll be finding a different hardware store to shop at from now on.

TERRIBLE place to shop! Bought a $40 folding chair here and ended up getting the wrong style. I went to return it unused with all the tags on it the DAY AFTER I bought it and was told they don’t take returns on camping stuff. This was not mentioned when I purchased it. I went to 2 other stores and no one will take it since it wasn’t purchased from their store. Will never shop at this Ace Hardware again or any other. I recommend you do the same. Everything they carry is elsewhere and for much cheaper!

Very friendly staff. Unfortunately the prices would make you drive to Wenatchee or Moses Lake. I am all for supporting the local store and I will pay an extra $2-$3 but some of their products are very pricey. I was looking to get the Stanley 22" sawhorse. $44.99 at Ace Hardware in Quincy, Home Depot has it for $24.97. That is $20 less. Whoever is in charge in here please do your homework, check your competitors prices.

Showed up at 6:50 (on the dot) to grab a drill bit (they close at 7). Worker right inside the door already mopping the floor. Must be nice to get home early but quite the bummer when someone drives to a store knowing they should still be open. Night wasted, bummer...

Pricing questions
1. What is the average roof replacement cost for a residential home?
+-

Service questions
1. Should I stay home during roof replacement?
+-

It's not necessary to stay home during roof replacement. Roofing work is noisy and can cause vibrations inside the house, which might be uncomfortable. Most homeowners choose to leave during major parts of the project, but our team ensures safety and keeps you updated, whether you're home or not.

2. How long does roof replacement take?
+-

The timeline for a roof replacement typically ranges from one to three days, depending on the size and complexity of the roof, weather conditions, and material type. Larger or more intricate roofs may take a bit longer, but we always aim for efficient, timely completion.

3. How to hire a roofing contractor?
+-

To hire a roofing contractor, start by researching local companies with good reviews and proper licensing. Request quotes from multiple contractors, verify their insurance and certifications, and ask for references. Always ensure you get a written contract that outlines the scope of work, timeline, and payment terms.

4. How to check if a roofing company is legit?
+-

Check if a roofing company is legit by verifying their business license, insurance, and local certifications. Look for memberships in professional associations, read customer reviews, and ask for recent project references. A legitimate company will be transparent and provide all documentation upon request.

5. How to choose a roofing company?
+-

When choosing a roofing company, consider their experience, customer reviews, warranty offerings, and quality of materials. Make sure they provide clear communication, detailed estimates, and a solid portfolio of completed projects. Local expertise is also a major advantage for understanding regional roofing needs.

6. How do you know if your roofing contractor is ripping you off?
+-

Warning signs that your roofing contractor might be ripping you off include vague contracts, pressure to pay large upfront deposits, lack of proper documentation, and unexplained price increases. Always ask for itemized estimates and written guarantees, and avoid contractors who avoid answering your questions directly.
