They were first class in helping to explain the issues, how they would remediate the mold, and answered all the questions we had.
They got all the mold taken care of, everything sealed so it shouldn't happen again.
Rainbow International did a great job of dry out and then subsequently mold removal because I was on vacation for nine days at the time that the leak began.

Charged for ‘work that was not needed. Cheated me. Charged twice for the same work!!
The charges and markups were exorbitant.
They failed to put their drain hose properly in the bathroom sink, which damaged my floor.

Ray and Josh went above and beyond to help us with a mold issue stemming from a leak in our kitchen. My wife started experiencing health issues because of the mold, and they were first class in helping to explain the issues, how they would remediate the mold, and answered all the questions we had. They were even able to squeeze us in earlier than expected to accommodate a vacation we had scheduled. I couldn’t recommend Rainbow Restoration more. I rarely leave reviews, but I told them our experience was outstanding and I wanted to share that with others.

These guys were great! Showed up on time for estimate and day work completed. They got all the mold taken care of, everything sealed so it shouldn't happen again. Actual cost was less than estimate. I will use them again if needed and highly recommend them!

They came real quick. But they failed to put their drain hose properly in the bathroom sink. I was not living in the house at the time. I came home to grab more clothes and I found the hose pouring on the sink counter then onto the floor. Which it damaged my floor. They blamed it on my cats but the bathroom door was closed and they did not have access to it. They had a contractor come and do the rebuild and he did a very sloppy job. He destroyed my sink vanity and didn’t put the floor completely on the floor. And the living room very poor drywall job there is a noticeable seam down the middle of the room that is cracked. The corner where the wall meets the ceiling is very wavy. The estimate that was given was way over what was done. They want to charge for repairs that was never done. And the contractor broke my ceiling fan and it is not usable. Would not recommend them nor their contractor. And because I questioned the estimate the owner wants so scare me with a letter from an attorney. Shop around before you use these crooks

Dishonest. Will extort you!! Charged for ‘work that was not needed. Cheated me. Charged twice for the same work!! And claims to be a Christian. Run while you can. Tore up my house!!! Never ever use them!!! My son was in process of suing the manager.

Rainbow International completely exploited my elderly parents. They had a water leak in their home which subsequently developed mold. The mold was mitigated, but the charges and markups were exorbitant. For example, Rainbow subcontracted Stanley Steamer to do duct cleaning, who usually charges <$500, but then marked it up 3 times. They then replaced the entire duct system, which they had just charged to clean, within days. They replaced one kitchen base cabinet and then charged $6000. On top of all these charges, they charged an additional 10% on the total for "overhead" and an additional 10% for "profit". These are in addition to their list of marked up charges. My parents had to sell our family home just to pay the bill.

I was driving through Saint Albans and one of their drivers completely cut infront of me as I was pulling out from the cvs. I had to swerve and my toddler was in my car. They then continued to go 60mph in a 45mph zone. I suggest new drivers. I am just grateful I was paying attention and my toddler was not in a wreck to the carelessness of another driver.

I had a water leak in my upstairs bathroom that ran between the walls down through three levels of my house. Rainbow International did a great job of dry out and then subsequently mold removal because I was on vacation for nine days at the time that the leak began. They were very thorough and protective of my belongings. The air quality person that came to do the mold testing after Rainbow had finished the mold removal said that it was one of the most thorough jobs that he had seen and would recommend them to others.
