Quarter of a million dollar project with condominium complex. Inconsistencies from start to finish with improper communication and follow-through. Having chosen this company due to history and competitive bid provided, the utter lack of professionalism on the owner's part was tedious and exhausting. It could have been better and should have been better if only by paying attention to uniformity with the buildings regardless of the (owner's) excuse concerning the number of workers at the time. This should not become the customer's potential problem. However, it has become as such and as a result, we must settle with the job as is, and can only hope that the job next up with the chimneys is processed more smoothly.

Shingles were not put on properly years ago, near the edge of the front of the house... The home builder confirmed this company put the shingles on.
I called them. Explained a large crack was left between the shingles and the gutter causing severe water damage & rot over the years and became noticeable just recently. It was only near the center of the roof edge that the shingles did not over hang so the rain water would drain directly into the gutter. Instead, the water drained into the 2x6 holding up the facia. The facia recently started falling off, with dry rot . Clearly, it was shingles installed improperly at the center location. Out of principle , I asked this company to come over and look at it to see if they believe the shingles were put on correctly. They argued my reasoning, disagreed and the person said: "You're barking up the wrong tree, have a nice day" and then a dial tone.
I'll call another roofing company for any future roofing needs.
