Rain Proof Roofing

I had a roof leak emergency at my strip mall and I was told nobody could even look at it until next year. Very poor customer service. I would’ve been willing to pay overtime for evening or weekend service but I never even had the opportunity. Next time when I need a new roof put on I will not call them for a bid.

Rainproof removed 8 penetrations and my ice damming is probably down 75%. House built in 1967. I’m happy. Thanks Jason!

I bought a house and had some roof damage that the inspector missed. They are the top company on Google. Regardless, I reached out to Adam with rain proof roofing. Adam came out and worked with me and my wife on a solution to fix my house. He went far above and beyond to help us. I reached out to multiple companies throughout this time. And they would not help or have the knowledge to fix the issues I had.. Adam came out with his expertise and his crew to fix the issues with my house. I don’t recommend lightly, but they got the job done and did it perfectly. I work for a big company and I recommend them to all of the people that come in and ask. It’s hard to find a good company that you can trust and know that they will get the job done these days. 5 star recommend them for any of the needs that may come up.

Told me they were coming out to assess our roof in April/May. April and May came and went, so I reached out and was told I would get a call back from the person responsible for scheduling. Did this three times. Still no call back. Still no one showing up. If they're too busy to accommodate more customers, they should simply state that.

I hired Rain Proof to install EPDM roofing on my new home. I called Rain Proof on the advice of my framer, who has been working in Anchorage for decades. The company was responsive and the roofers started the next day. The guys were really friendly and professional on the job and answered a lot of questions. They installed a 60-mil EPDM membrane that is better than the common 45-mil stuff.. So far so good.

Called for an estimate a month ago and was told I'd get my estimate within a week. Called back 3 weeks later and was told the estimator would call me the next morning and let me know the estimate....no call. Called again today and was told the estimator "will be back tomorrow," same thing they told me last week and they would try and do it soon......REALLY a month and they haven't even looked yet. Terrible customer service!

My boyfriend had his roof done recently through this company. He chose this company over the other bids because the fact they bid hand stamping at a rate he was happy with. They had mentioned this wasn't necessary unless it was a certain temperature, however he said (multiple times in paper and in person) that he wanted the hand stamping done anyway. They did not complete this. He has requested it to be fixed and they still refuse. The only reason they won the bid was for the pricing of the hand-stamping, and they WILL NOT do it. I do not recommend this company, keep in mind "cheaper is not always better" before having them work on your roof. They blatantly ignore paying customer requests for no good reason.
